Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Had a problem with the manager. Very unprofessional when they got my order wrong and I had to circle around in traffic to get it corrected.The first sandwich was cold anyway & I also requested fresh fries and he refused. Never ever would I argue with a customer over fries if I got the order wrong., plus patrons were in there. He wasn’t trained correctly cause the right thing to do would be to remake the entire order… some reason people today lack customer service. Guess he was the fry police and took his little power seriously.. he acted as tho I came Off the street begging for free food. I’m assuming he was an asst manager cause I requested the manager , he said he was and that they other manager “ doesn’t play” & she was in a meeting and unavailable… what does that mean ?idk , I guess if they mess up your order u don’t get replacement fries... u don’t get it your way at Burger King & if I see him there , I’ll pass on spending my money.

Another thing: the drive thru lady was nice but the staff needs to speak up when they see that wanna be store owner behave unprofessionally the light toned tall slim dude.. I can’t let it go. I worked at this location when I was a teen , I’ve worked customer service, & cust service retail when I younger & I would never fight with a customer over fries when I got the order wrong .. ever . U remake the order so the customer has what should have been presented in the 1st place, that’s called making them whole. I SUGGEST IF ANYONE HAS ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION, CONTACT CORPORATE cause he needs to be retrained or find another job where he doesn’t have to deal...

Worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. So disappointing during times like these where jobs are harder to come by, everything cost more and you work hard for your money and then it’s wasted when patronizing an establishment like this where the employees and by extension, managers, don’t take more pride in their job. We utilized the drive through when ordering tonight and received terrible customer service by rude and from the condition of our order, I can only assume, incompetent employees, We were rushed through, door was shut immediately after food was handed off and employee would not even return to the window when we intended to ask for additional ketchup as we were only given 2 packets for 2 meals and other requested condiments were missing. After leaving and getting onto the highway and further inspection of our order, we then realized all of the food was cold, hamburgers were made incorrectly and so poorly assembled that they appeared thrown together with most of the toppings were in the wrapper and not on the hamburgers and we were given 1 straw for 2 drinks. This was not our first time visiting this particular Burger King and have received similar service/food but had given them the benefit of the doubt that this was not the consistent service given but after tonight when we ended up throwing all of our food away, we will NEVER return to this establishment and wanted to let others know of our experience so that they don’t waste their hard earned money like we have...

This chain is constantly setting up a trap for a potential customer they announced two Whoppers for $6 but when you get there and you order that special turns out that doesn't have cheese a slice of cheese can cost you $0.50 a piece and who knows if that's really cheese anyway probably like cheese food for $0.50 I can buy a 16 packet at Winn-Dixie so they make $8 and then turn it into a you know 8 $8 selling it on each burger if you want it all the way on their special. There's always something left out of their specials if you ask him about it they'll add it to it and you'll see that special price disappear. I don't like the video sneaky way they do it they charge you an exorbitant price for your drink I believe I had a small drink and it cost me almost $3 and don't even try to super size something cuz all you get is a large drink and some extra french fries not worth it sale. Their basic meals if you don't supersize them I had so much small french fries I think about count them on one hand. It's a what I call ripoff City and I won't be buying any more of their products and I don't recommend anybody else does either the hidden prices the attitude of the people at the guy at the payment window you go through the drive-thru really get screwed! Avoid Burger King at all cost you'll find yourself eating much better even though you might pay a little bit more price...
