My experience here the past 2x was terrible.i don’t leave reviews on much places ever. I’m chill and laid back but let me tell you about my experience tonight. I thought maybe they were understaffed, had a bad day but all of them acting full of attitude issues. I pulled to the window to see what they had because I heard they had good food. I looked for maybe 20 seconds and they immediately tell me to pull forward and repeated it nonstop 3x in a hurry and demanding. So I pull up to the second area to see the food. She leans out the window and asks me if I’m ready. I let her know after looking for another 45 seconds and she begins to tell me I need to go back around in the line again if I don’t know what I want. I told her it would be just another second. I didn’t even have time to say half of that sentence before her cutting me off telling me to go around. I began to order my fiances order just to get the order going and to make my decision as well. I pay and go to the second window and the lady doesn’t even hand me my drink while not even telling me the orders don’t come with a drink , so I ask if I can have my drink before parking in the parking lot to wait on my food and she said we don’t have time for that. We have to serve food. Then when I get my drink and food I asked the lady about the seasoning on the fries and she tells me as she’s walking away from my car in a hurry that there’s hot sauce in the bag. Like ummm I didn’t even ask about anything with hot sauce. Just a lot of attitude and rush rush rush and irritation. The aura of these people just act like they all just hate their jobs. I will not be coming here anymore. I don’t leave reviews a lot but this was really disheartening after hearing this place has good food. Their food was satisfying to eat but customer service royally...

Arrived at the drive through to place an order. The lady at the window with heavy lip liner was exceptionally rude. Her tone was very condescending telling me to stop blocking the cars behind me and pull up, I was stopped for literally 5 seconds. So I pulled up and stopped at the 2nd large menu in the line to view it before ordering and she waived a paper menu saying I’m blocking people in line. I was literally 2 feet from her window, I wasn’t blocking anyone because the car behind me couldn’t even order until I ordered. I’ve been to this location before and have never an experience like this for stopping to view a menu that is out there for you to view. I don’t typically write reviews but management needs to have a talk with this employee about her attitude and the way she speaks to people. She is a direct representation of the restaurant, I suggest a position that doesn’t involve speaking directly to customers. I will be encouraging everyone I know to go to the Blanding location for better service, I’ve been there several times and never had anything but super friendly interactions and yes I stop to view their menu there too without...

So after my glowing review a week or so ago the store has afforded me the opportunity to present the other side of the coin unfortunately so I went in today. I was excited about the prospect of the owner, making me up sauce that I had requested, but he wasn’t there and his wife did her best to accommodate me, which was much appreciated. But didn’t quite hit the mark as usual I ordered my wings extra wet while hard to see from the picture because the paper is orange. They’re definitely barely moist at all. As a matter of fact, they’re actually kind of dry. Only plus side about this visit is as usual. The wings are ungodly large, which you never can be upset about. All in all this is the first time literally and I do mean literally ever that I have left this restaurant underwhelmed, and a little regretful that I didn’t just go to my guy at @wheresthefoodtruck(corner of blanding and confederate point for those that don’t know…shout out)…. nonetheless won’t stop me from coming back. just learned a valuable lesson if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
