Its right down the road from my work and I've had no problems for lunch but did have a few major issues for breakfast. At Lunch I've been in and out of the drive through easily and quickly with no hassle. On the other hand though we finally decided to try it for breakfast. We pull in and go to the drive through since the lobby doors were locked and the storm said drive through only until like 11:00 i think it was. We actually thought the place was still closed from the previous night. There are no open signs or cars in the parking lot okay fine but we waited for a minute at the order screen anyway and no response so we started to leave and then we get a "What do you want this mornin" instead of a "welcome to Taco Bell" or something. So we go in reverse but have to listen to someone tell us some of their breakfast items because there isn't a breakfast menu up anywhere and you can't go inside at this time either. (9:00 a.m.) Since we don't have a half hour to listen to the whole menu the team member tells us about the crunch wrap special and we say "Okay we will take a couple of those with bacon and..." We get cut off by the team member that says "How many you want 4,5, 6 I mean come on don't say couple" . So we tell them 2 and that we're wanted drinks too. We literally hear three person go "GRRR". Seriously? I mean Really A hole??? First you don't have any way of knowing that you are even open then no one to welcome us to YOUR restaurant then that person treats us like jerks for coming there and you don't even have a breakfast menu up so someone knows what to order. Not everyone has had you for breakfast before believe it or not and especially doesn't have your menu memorized for that matter. Then you don't wait for orders to be completed before rushing people out. I mean after we ordered our drinks the sound you made over the mic sure made it seem like we were just incoviencing you. Seems like you actually don't want customers for some reason. No wonder the McDonald's next door is jammed packed with people and you are empty. The shame is your food was actually really good but I'm not going to go back to that particular Taco Bell since we felt very unwelcome...
Read moreWent through the Drive thru at 1:12am. Person who answered the speaker started off nice. My fiance started to order and said his combo number after being greeted. Then we were told one second. Sounded like a large group went in the building so we understood. But when the person came back to finish taking our order they instantly started rushing us and constantly asking anything else (10 items) 2 meals and 2 individual items (pretty sure the same person taking the order is the manager who answered the phone). So we pull up and get our drinks. And there is ice and we asked twice for none. Easy mistake. Ice won't kill us. Pay for our order. Maybe 2 minutes later we receive it and my fiance asks is that all, and they said yes. We took their word as they had a line and drove home. First mistake. Get home and we're missing items. I don't like leaving bad surveys so I tried to call the store to get it resolved. Second mistake. The manager answers the phone. Now this is why I'm mad. I tried explaining what my order was and the manager kept cutting me off then asked if I'm sure I didn't get all my items because they know FOR SURE that they made everything. Basically accusing me of lying for food I PAID FOR. Horrible attitude. As someone in the food business I completely understand people lie a lot but trying to call me a liar for food that I paid for and didn't get and making me feel bad for trying to call to get it resolved. No. Then asked if I can go back tonight. Definitely not while they are there. I've never had such a bad experience at this taco Bell. And it's 100%...
Read moreThere should be an option for no stars but there isn’t. Even when we lived in Jax we never went to this Taco Bell. And for good reason. The service was horrible. I know that those kiosks are for people to order from and that’s all well in good. They are put there for a reason. But they also lack customer interaction. Makes the people there not having to interact with the people that happ them get paid. If you walked up to the counter. All you get is ignored. They don’t look over at you and say anything to you. This particular one didn’t have enough people to handle their business properly. And when one of the young ladies took a minute to say anything to anyone. She was pissy about it. Anyone that wanted to pay with cash was made to feel stupid about it. There is more that I can say that was wrong. Let’s put it this way. Our two year old granddaughter could do better making the food. It was a sloppy hot mess. I had to take it back and have them do it over again. I just think that I will not be back there for any reason and I have told my family that lives there no to even bother to go there. And if we are down that way again. We will go to the Sheik down the street from there rather than Taco Bell. Anyone over there would be crazy to go there. Like I said there is more to say but not enough room. Do something folks. Please for the...
