Ordered door dash on Friday Jan 10th for lunch at work. Food delivered expeditiously and was cool not warm or hot which is expected due to travel. Ordered the chicken gyro with chips and roasted potatoes. This is my 2nd time ordering; my first order was lamb gyro which I didnt like so I decided to try chicken this time around . The lamb tasted like nothing but salt while the chicken was tasteless. The lil scoop of chips were salty too. Now to the nitty gritty...the potatoes 🥔. I took the potatoes home to eat for dinner and low and behold...I open the cup of potatoes, poured the cup of potatoes onto my plate and rice comes out with the potatoes. The rice had some unidentifiable ingredients in it too 🤢What kind of NASTY, LAZY ish is this!?!?! I dont know if this is the result of pure laziness or a used/trashed cup was used to put my potatoes in🤮. Either way this is utterly disgusting and shame on the workers for being too lazy to get a clean cup. I will never order food from any of your locations again. What a waste of my money. Please train your staff to use clean containers and not cross mix foods as you have no idea if someone has an allergy. Potatoes went in the trash where they belong and so did my money. Check your food before leaving the store!

I've never been to a Mediterranean cafe, the atmosphere at first glance is really quite nice. It looks cozy and friendly. The people who took my order were friendly as well and I didn't have any issues. I tried the lamb gyro meal, it cost around $12 for the gyro, chips, and a side. I chose pasta salad. The pasta salad was probably my favorite part, it was zingy but good. The gyro, was ok. It was chewy and flavor wasn't strong. For some reason I think this is a close reminder of what a fast food Mediterranean would feel like. Maybe. I've had really good gyros and this really doesn't hold a candle to them. It was edible and really that was all. The chips were plain potato chips, they were good, I suppose. I think the worst part of the experience was the smell though. I couldn't quite recall exactly what it was but I kept getting flashbacks when I used to work for a hotel cooking crew, where we would have dirty floors and food all over the place. It reminded me of that. It was a little dirty, tables weren't cleaned off. But it wasn't super dirty. It just had a weird smell. The place looks nice at a glance but close up it's a little meh. I do love Mediterranean food so I'm a little sad I didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted.

It's just OK. The staff was the best part of my dining experience. Very helpful and patient when ordering with my older parents. I got the lamb gyro, and it wasn't seasoned well. I've had a lot of lamb gyros, so I know lamb can taste a bit gamey without the rights spices. The spices weren't right. The lemon chicken soup was overpowering and, again, wasn't seasoned well. My dad said his salad was great, but we probably wouldn't come back for it. The restaurant was pretty empty at 5 pm on a Wednesday, but it was clean and quiet.

The 3 stars would be 5 if it weren’t for the “manager”. Girl in the blue shirt last night around 8. I ordered my two meals and the cashier told me that I could sub one of the sides for a salad but it would be an up charge. So I told them I would sub one of the sides for a salad in the other one I wanted rice and one of them I wanted chips. I heard [blue shirt] behind the counter say he is only getting a salad no rice. I figured they were talking about me since I was the only customer waiting for food so I made sure to check when I got my order and lo and behold there was no rice or chips in either one just a salad. I explain to her and she proceeded to explain to me that that’s not how it works but she would give me the two sides anyways. I told her that I’m not her employee and I’m also not the one who rang it up and so I expect to have what I was told I would have. If it was explained properly in the first place I wouldn’t have an issue paying for it as that’s what I wanted to eat. She said OK and then told her front staff that she wanted to talk to them and decided to have a little powwow meeting in front of all the customers and explain to them how the order should properly be rung up. What’s even more asinine is that they offer two sides yet if you want to sub one of those sides she explained that they take both of the sides away and up charge you for the salad. So you get less food and it’s more expensive to get some lettuce and onions? That manager needs a little bit of training on how to deal with customers and her store in general. While I’m at it I might as well advise everybody that you need to ask for your chicken to be cooked well. Most the time the chicken is pretty under cooked and very chewy. I hate to have a review like this be left for a place that I visit once to twice a week but it...
