Wish I could choose ½ star and sometimes negative stars. This location will not even acknowledge you for food or drink pick ups... almost never have the orders on rack for delivery drivers to pick up because this very not dynamic duo NEVER EVER have orders prepared on time . They ignore you even when they have several bagged orders sitting behind their counter completed. They keep the bags turned where the tickets are facing away from customers so Noone can tell if its their order just sitting there. Do not acknowledge multiple attempts to ask if any of these orders belong to the customer I am picking up for. ...a simple we will he right with you or ask what order you are here for...hell eye contact and ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MY EXISTENCE would be appreciated. The same 2 girls have been working almost everytime I have had the displeasure of getting assigned a delivery pickup from this location and they have ZERO manners....my mama raised me to have good manners and the way these 2 girls act would embarrass and greatly disappoint me if they were my kids. The 1 and only time I got a delivery order assigned from this location and there were different workers my order was ready on time and on the pick up shelf....even though they were really busy at the time.... I understand being swamped with orders but an acknowledgement that they will be with you as soon as they can would be A HUGE IMPROVEMENT
Maybe have a sign in sheet for drivers so we can let them know what order we need if they just can't be bothered with verbal communication. Or A screen that shows completed orders....orders in the works and orders not yet started with estimated wait time....that would be freaking awesome since they won't place the completed orders on the delivery...
Read moreOn 2/26/23 at 9:45 pm I went to this location to order food and a frozen drink. The young woman working in the food area with a male associate was very rude and unprofessional. My order number was called and when approaching to see if the food was ready she started it was for the frozen drink ok perfect. First time here from out of state did not know, my husband stated to me it would have been nice if it came out all at once. She took it upon herself to make a comment in our discussion to say it's two different stations, then says loudly get smart with me I get smart the F back. I could tell my husband was upset because we both didn't understand where this came from so we did not entertain her actions and went straight to the manager on duty a female spoke with us she stated yes the young lady has a bad attitude. Ok so this is normal behavior that's not acceptable. If you can't work with paying customers or people this is not the industry for you. She is a liability and if something is not done about her WAWAs corporate office will have some PR/Risk issues coming there way. She is going to get an attitude with the right person and in this age will go viral. I will be reaching out to the SM and GM along with corporate regarding this. It's sad your company had...
Read moreI don't usually leave reviews but this time I had it with this store. Overall the store is clean, and I like the convenience of having a place to get food after midnight. I do like Wawa! However, when I have to stop there during the day, I dread to go to this store because of the lady at the register. Every single interaction I have had with her she's been rude... and I know for a fact that it's not only me, she always have an attitude! I tried to give her the benefit of doubt, maybe she had a bad day or whatever, but no, she is like that with most costumers. I went there today, and as usual the lady had an attitude... I had a reward of 1.50 off on a smoothie and tried to use it. I ordered an oreo smoothie and the lady said that I couldn't use the reward because it was not the correct drink! ( I know how these rewards works so I always make sure to order what's included on the fine print... needless to say 1.50 off after spending 50 bucks is not much of a reward but whatever) I asked her to scan my reward again and she refused. Now I lost my reward because I had 15 minutes to use it and this lady didn't wanted to scan it... out of the reward issue I hate going to this store because...
