Disregard the review from Reba Davis, below. I was standing behind her in line, and she was highly rude to the little girl preparing the food because the little girl said she had extra meat, at which point, Reba, a woman much older than her, started Being highly disrespectful to the young girl because they were going to charge for the extra meat. Stealing is stealing! The girl was just doing her job. Reba was so busy yelling at her that she didn’t even notice my friend who was with me, which is a mutual acquaintance of Reba. I truly hope she does not lose her job over this lady. I felt so bad for her; she was being bullied all because Reba didn’t want to pay for food that she requested. Further, the manager didn’t give Reba the meal for free because she knew Reba was in the wrong. The manager is always very friendly to me and to anyone else who is served there. The manager rightfully did not allow her employee to be bullied and that was the right thing to do. I hope that the manager does not put up with people like this. She should have thrown Reba out. We were so upset that she acted this way. This is the first time I have ever heard a customer yelling at anyone in such a manner. What a shame! Calling Corporate?! Please don’t forget to inform them that it all started because you didn’t want to pay for your food. I see this everywhere. People are always trying to get something for free. I have to say that this location is one of the best. They make your food exactly how you want it. Other Chipotle locations just toss everything together. The cheese is never watery, though I’d like it to be more cheesy but that is a chipotle thing and not specific to this location. I love the chips. The food here is always better than the others. I am a frequent flyer. It is always clean, the people who work here are always friendly. They already know what I would like to order the moment I walk in. Read moreMy visit to this store was like a trip to the twilight zone. First time to this location and first time ever receiving awful service from Chipotle ever. I ordered online and paid online - I didn't pick the soonest time for the food, I picked it for the next one after because it was a little far from home. The Chipotle near my home was out of all their meat so we opted for the one on Beach blvd. There was a line to the door, thank heavens I ordered online. I go to the counter and explained i was picking up a togo order I placed and paid for online. She told me to get in line that it would be faster. A half hour of waiting in line, it's my turn! She asked what I'd like, I told her I am picking up my online order. She was very confused why I had been waiting in line. I explained what happened and we went to the register. She looked at the girl and said 'she does have an online order!' as if they had already discussed me. The girl that told me to get in line said she misunderstood and the pair began to make excuses. I don't even care at this point, please give me the food and let me leave. The manager lady said oh, it was made and someone else took it. Then the register girl tells me later, actually - your food was never made. It was 'waiting' in their system. To add, the manager that was running the food line and facing the customers shes preparing food for is screaming to the back of the house that she said to change gloves, not disappear. Read moreThis location is horrible. I ordered delivery tonight from the Chipotle app. They use Door Dash as their delivery service. Once again my drink was missing from my order. This has happened multiple times now, & I’ve just let it go to avoid the hassle of calling & complaining. Door Dash says they can’t see the specifics of the order, since it wasn’t ordered from them directly, they only pick up & deliver, & that Chipotle didn’t have the drink with the order. I hate Door Dash & don’t use them myself, but tend to believe them in this situation. So, I break down & call the store directly. I speak to Adam, who says he is the store manager. He refuses to help me & says it’s DD’s fault. I explain to him what DD said, & that I want a refund for my drink as this has now happened numerous times. He refuses to give me a refund & says DD would have to do it. He was rude, not at all helpful, & also refused to give me the name & contact information for his boss. I’ve delt with order issues from DD back when I used to use them & if they’re able to, they have no problem refunding you. I believe DD, & not Chipotle. To give me the run around & make me call both places back & forth is ridiculous. I ordered from Chipotle, not DD. It’s not my fault that they choose a third party vendor to deliver their own food.
