Whataburger — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Review isn’t for me, but on behalf of someone I was on the phone with while she was getting food here. After placing a mobile order, she sat at curbside for 40 minutes, before having a manager ask what the name on her food was. She told them, and they said hang on, and went inside. They were polite but never came back, and she had to pull around to the drive through after another ten minutes of sitting there. When she pulled up to the window, no one was polite, they gave her food, and then when she asked for her drink, the manager asked her what she was missing and took several minutes to give her the drink. On top of that, the burger she ordered was ice cold. She had to wait an hour to interact with people who were not apologetic or welcoming and then didn’t even get quality food. I came to this store 3 times to purchase things, each time k have to double back because items are missing. Each time Jalessa has a stank attitude! The fact that she is their so called manager should be an embarrassment to this company. I have a large family so I spend 75 80 every time I come. I just got off of work and came back like Camille told me to, with receipt in hand. Not asking for my whole meal replaced like I know that I’m able to just fixed what was missing and jalessa wants to argue through the speaker instead of listening and being professional. My recent visit to Whataburger was a complete disaster from start to finish. I spent over 30 agonizing minutes waiting for my food, only to watch my order be handed to someone else. The sheer incompetence was mind-boggling. After pointing out the mistake, I was forced to wait even longer for a remake, but the nightmare didn't end there. When my "new" order arrived, it was just as wrong as the first. This location's staff shows a complete disregard for customer service and a total lack of attention to detail.
