Dear Zaxby's & Zaxby Lovers, If I could give this location a "0" star rating, I would. Please keep in mind that my first job ever was in fast food so I know what it's like to work in customer service. I went through your drive thru today and immediately after pulling away from the window I parked and walked into your establishment because the young lady at the window did not give me my change back. The young and DISRESPECTFUL boy in the drive thru told the front register employee that I was probably trying to STEAL! Then he proceeded to call me a THIEF! He didn't say this to my face, but I heard it so I corrected him and caused a scene. Yes, I yelled and I apologize, HOWEVER! The naive and inexperienced fellow who was taking the orders had no dealing with the transaction portion, the girl did, and without counting his drawer or checking the cameras he decided to accuse me, the customer. The manager gave me my $6 back but only apologized for the "miscommunication". It is not miscommunication when an employee of yours blatantly calls me a thief, ESPECIALLY when your other employee FAILED to give me my change back. For this, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS and I intend on sharing my experience with absolutely everyone I know. I hope the fellow in drive thru gets reprimanded or even fired. Read moreI ordered the Zensation Salad and I forgot to ask for grilled chicken on it instead of fried. When I told the cashier, Seirra, about the mistake I made, rather than get upset or complain, she smiled and said "No problem!" and had my order remade. She told the young man who was in the kitchen, Miguel, what had happened and he looked at me and said, "No problem, bro, I got you." He then remade my food. This was absolutely exemplary service. I do apologize for the remake because I know that it hurts your food costs, but the staff that were there at that time made the decision to put the customer first. That is what customer service is all about. I am extremely happy with my experience. I will definitely be returning to this location and I also will be spreading the word of the excellent service I received today. And the manager on duty, Ashleigh, was nice and pleasant as always. The worst night of service I've ever seen at this location. 11/1/24 7 p.m. Corporate will be getting a call . 4/12/25 Cold chicken sandwich and fries scraped from the bottom of the pan. I'm tired of paying full price for poor quality food. Y'all need to tighten up on evening management. 5:30 p.m. The manager on duty is Alex.
