I recently placed an online order for pickup at this location, as I have done many times before. Upon arrival, I entered the lobby and informed the young lady with blue hair at the counter that I was there to pick up my order. Without any courtesy, she abruptly told me, “We’re closed, you have to pull around to the drive-thru,” despite the fact that I was already inside.
I politely asked if I could at least have my cups to make my drinks—something I had selected to do online when placing the order—but she ignored me entirely and walked away. Another younger gentleman behind the counter acknowledged me and began to hand me the cups, only for the young lady to stop him and reiterate that I needed to go through the drive-thru.
I remained in the lobby for a few minutes, hoping she might reconsider or at least acknowledge me, but she never did. Eventually, I returned to my car and pulled up to the drive-thru, where I waited at the speaker for several minutes with no response. I then drove up to the pickup window, only to be met with the same unprofessional and discourteous attitude from the same employee. After I received my order, she slammed the window and started screaming.

Read moreUpon arrival with my kids the cashier (Zach) was screaming at a gentleman in a US Air force Flight Suit to leave. When asked why he must leave Zach became irate told the gentleman his name and to call Corporate to file a complaint that he did not give a $h!t. Zach then started yelling at me to get out that lobby was closed. I asked him why and he would not tell me. The gentleman an the flight Suit said if you find out please tell me. Zach then started cursing he did not give a $h!t file a complaint we all must leave he was calling the cops. As the gentleman was walking out he apologized to me for the cashiers language and asked him just what have you done for your country? Zach started cursing saying he did not give a $h!t what you did for your country and using other words that cannot be typed here infront of my kids. I left and was standing out front when Zach came running out saying I must leave Immediately he was on the phone with police. I told him we are deciding where to go eat and I would leave when done tell police to keep coming. This is no way an employee needs to treat a customer. Read moreI worked here for a day and let me tell anyone that reads this DO NOT EAT AT THIS ZAXBYS. They have literally ONE cook, ONE cashier. The cook cooks your food well before the store opens, the back is infested with roaches, and the fryers are the nastiest thing I’ve seen in my life, no telling when the grease was changed last because it’s literally BLACK. You come in to eat do not expect that lobby to clean, and watch your step because there are leaks all over that store and I’d hate for anyone to slip and hurt themselves. There were a lot of elderly and construction workers coming in for lunch about 4 refunds were given out because I was told to stop taking orders for the one cook to catch up, the machine started malfunctioning and reprinted so many orders for people who left like 30 mins before they came in. So alot of people wasted their lunch waiting to order sadly, the manager there has the worst attitude and was the most unprofessional manager I’ve met in my 8 years of working in general.
