Best Mexican food truck in Jacksonville authentic tasting mexican cuisine. The chicken caldo or chicken soup amazing served with rice and corn tortillas delicious, the western omelette served with beans and rice was fresh and tasted delicious, pork tamales to die for. The pork in the tamales was so moist and served hot was all chef kisses. The best Mexican food in Jacksonville, Arkansas and believe me better than the brick and mortar restaurants…..Amazing and I hoped God blesses the owner’s...

We had the chilaquiles, enchiladas, steak tacos, fajitas, and a kids quesadilla. Horchata for everyone

The chilaquiles were dry, no egg. The Enchiladas were bland and under cooked. The steak tacos were pretty tiny even for a street taco and not seasoned very well. The fajitas were the only ok dish. The kids quesadilla was undercooked and came with burnt fries. The Horchata was lacking flavor as well.

I tried this food truck and ordered six tacos—four tongue and three intestines—along with a burrito and a horchata. The intestines were pretty good, but the tongue was way too tough, tasting frozen and rubbery. The horchata was really bland, lacking the usual cinnamon and sweetness. The total came out to $31, which felt a bit pricey for a food truck. Overall, the quality didn’t quite...
