4 days in a row, I went for a coffee through the drive-thru, and the service is awful. Today, I got an extra large coffee that was cold. I asked them to heat it up and they were perturbed! Before I moved out of the area, I came to this Tim's daily with awesome service and coffee. The other day a man came on the speaker, and asked what I wanted..not hard, a coffee with cream. He said can you repeat, as he did not hear me. I said an extra large coffee with cream. A ladies voice said, you don't have to yell at me, I can hear you. WTH....crazy crap..one person takes order, switches to another voice, and then you need to repeat it. She gave me a large instead of extra large. Terrible service. Cold coffee...was not in the 20 mi nute range they advertise. Get your act together Tim's before a Dunkins comes in and puts you out of business . I ordered coffee, nothing else!!

I’m honestly really upset this was such a bad start to the day. I placed my order which was a large iced mocha double double, a medium mocha ice capp supreme, 2 glazed donuts, an apple fritter and a blueberry bagel toasted with cream cheese... I was charged correctly for my order. However, the iced coffee was a medium with waaaay too much sugar and no chocolate. The apple fritter was as hard as a rock (I used to work at a tim hortons that donut was definitely past time). I didn’t even get my bagel at first even though I asked the girl at the window because our bag looked too small and bagels don’t usually go in bags anyway. When I finally got my bagel after waiting another 5 minutes it’s was burnt, cold and had no cream cheese!!!!! I only ever go to tim hortons when I had a bad and stressful day before and so now I just wasted twelve dollars (I paid for my friend her order was perfect) and I could barely drink my coffee, and I only ate half of the bagel because the other half was...

This location is by far the worst I've seen recently which is sad because it's the closest to my house. This location on North Main really needs help with Cleaning up it's staff and their attitudes, arguing with customers about what they ordered and then not admitting to their mistakes but making lame excuses for themselves. My advice is to start hiring outside of Generation "Z" so your employees might still have been raised to respect your customers. And my question is,, who was the hideous crossdresser calling herself the manager? And so you know I won't waste anymore money with them and since I do door dash, I'll let my customers know that they shouldn't bother doing so either!!
