Dunkin' — Restaurant in Janesville

I hate to give a review like this because I always want to give the benefit of the doubt but my experience today was so concerning. I ran in for my pickup order of a single iced coffee. It wasn’t ready and I had to wait 10 minutes or so until I got to the counter to tell her about my order, and THEN they made it. So much for ordering ahead. That’s not my biggest gripe though. While I was in line, a woman came running in. I assumed she was coming for a mobile order too but then she goes behind the counter and immediately jumps on the register to start taking orders. She doesn’t wash her hands, she just grabs a tissue paper and starts getting donuts for a woman. Her hand was slipping off the paper as she was grabbing and touching the many different donuts. She even got some wrong and put them back using basically her bare hand. As someone who has worked in the food industry for years, it was terrifying to watch. She would touch the computer screen, then touch donuts, meanwhile a box of gloves was on the counter next to her the whole time. I then started to look around, I noticed open drinks all over the counters RIGHT NEXT to where they were preparing customers drink orders. No one was washing hands back by the food area and they were touching absolutely everything including their faces, hair and clothing (they were also is street clothes, only one person was in a somewhat Dunkin’ uniform.) Management needs some coaching. I come there place isn't that busy and there are at minimum a total of 4 people working, great this will be fast. Manager on duty is standing there and pricing out sheets to hang up on drinks, 1 is handling drive thru another one is at front register, the other ran to the bathroom. Front register employee stood there watching the manager vs making the person in front of me coffee. relying instead on the person running drive thru to do it. The drinks sat there because front register employee didn't walk the few steps over to get the drinks and drive thru employee got busy helping drive thru and cleaning. Then when it's my turn I say what I want and had to be asked several times was it this? It was a simple order 2 double chocolate donuts, 1 coffee flavored muffin, 2 large black coffees. after getting the donuts, yet again doesn't even make a move to get the coffees, instead stands there watching the manger on duty price signs and attempts to help them. You have customers in the lobby, the manager didn't ask for their help. Although the manger didn't even say you have a customer please take care of them first. Instead, let them stand there and watch. the ordering from the warehouse on the amount of donuts on a weekend is pretty darn sad. When at 10am on a Sunday there's a choice of 4 donuts and the majority of the racks are empty, how are you suppose to get through the rest of the day? My sister in law & I went there on 11/05/2023 in the morning before work, mind you we wanted to go inside so we went to go open the door was locked but on the door it says they are open also their open sign wasn't even on. So we decided to try to go through drive thru & another person is waiting as well the worker lady was in her car doing whatever she was doing didn't even bother to let us know it's going to take a minute well she finally goes inside & starts taking the person in front of us order then after she pulled off we proceeded with our order, then we get to the drive through takes 25 mins to just get 2 drinks & bagels then completely messed up on our orders. The bagels were rock hard, there was a hair in my food our lattes were completely made wrong so we didn't have time to change it cause we were almost late for work. So going on to later that day after work we called to see if we can get our order replaced cause the messed up on our order that we payed over $20 for!!! We get to Dunkin into the lobby this place is absolutely DISGUSTING you can tell they don't clean at all, got our remake & had a different taste to it that almost made us sick. Had it remade again cause that was completely disgusting still messed up. I'm not going to that location until they get people to train their employees right!! 0/10 do not recommend Dunkin on Center, you'll be disappointed & a waste...
