Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Janesville

Placed an order for one pepperoni pizza and three order's of crazy bread for 7:15. To start, the girl at the front won't even look at customers when they speak to her then just walks away without saying a word of what is going on. Customers that would ask about their order, she would again just walk away and come out randomly with food like it was either done and had been sitting a while, or it was someone else's and she just wanted to get them out of her hair. The people working in the back were screwing around/barely moving. The girl with purple in her hair was just laughing and goofing off in back while there's been about 10 people waiting in the lobby for 20-40 minutes. My wife came into wait since she had been in the car waiting for over 25 minutes while I went to the car to sit with our kids. It's been over a half hour at this point when she texts me saying the manager (who was nowhere to be found while I was waiting) yelled at her. Another person came in asking how long the wait would be. My wife was more honest with the customer than the staff was because when they said 10 minutes we had already been waiting for over a half an hour when apparently our pizza WAS done after all but still no crazy bread. After she told her that that girl "working" the front went and tattled to the manager saying that she was telling people to leave. Clearly less than honest here as well. This causing the manager to come up and berate my wife in front of people to the point where she was too scared to tell me what happened when I came back in. So still receiving no food at this point I told her to cancel the order and I expect a refund and that he had no right to talk to her that way. Another customer even agreed verbally out loud and said I don't blame you. Not only will we never come here again, but if ever recognize any of those employees working at even my favorite place in the world to eat, I will turn around before I even sit down. Wow I have never been to a worst little Caesars. I’ve lived in Janesville for a little over a year now and this is the closest one to my house and the only one that’s open for my own knowledge and coming from Milwaukee where I would have over five locations to pick from you would think that this being the only little Caesars in Janesville they would take a little bit more pride. I called ahead of time to make sure that they were really open until 10 so I can place my order after I got off of work and pick it up after 9 o’clock(usual closing time) I was reassured they closed at 10 and I could come in anytime before then. I placed my order online paid ahead of time and showed up at 9:33 exactly with the doors being locked. I then called and had the employee open the door and she was telling me how lucky I was that I got there because they decided to close early. The nerve she had to call me lucky when I already paid for my meal and was nice enough to ask if I could still come after 9 PM, floors me. I was not lucky considering that I am a paying customer they are lucky that they were still there for me to get my food that was sitting on the counter. Every time I order from this little Caesars I’m either greeted with attitude or just lazy work ethic. Not to mention there was somebody wearing gym shorts and a nasty stained T-shirt in the back not wearing any wear clothes standing near the food prep areas when he clearly was not an employee. I gave this place another chance after the major issues I had last time with the guy with his hands doe his pant and in street clothes and flip flops working I the back and touching food. I was told by management that it was taken care of. So went in last and the lady who took my order was amazing and upbeat. But that was the only positive. A guy walks in from outside in street clothes wand walks to the back and starts touching food. Didn't wash his hands or put gloves on. The food was undercooked and the dough was still raw in the middle. I won't be back after this chance.

Ok review update. It's been seven months since I have been in there so I thought I would give it another chance. Well it's even worse now. The lady got mad because I ordered cheesy bread and she huffed and told me that it would be 15 minutes if she decided to make some, them she said but she probably won't make them. Ok then I placed an order for one large pizza and gave her a $20 and he was trying to give me back $7 in loose change. I told her to forget it and to just give me my money back she huffed and puffed and tried to give me my money back still in loose change, Two $5 bills and $10 in loose change. I told her I gave her a $20 and would like that back. I am officially done with this restaurant I will not go back, because obviously...
