I got the Thai coffee and Thai tea mix delicious!!!! I also got the Rockstar crepe which was also very yummy! The food was appealing to the eyes and it tasted great, so did my drink. No complaints on that.
The decorations are ADORABLE. Absolutely love the design and all the decor feels so welcoming and gives you lots of things to look at and notice.
Some negatives are the staff doesn't seem to have prior experience with the public. I say that because they don't greet people when they are making drinks or doing something they will make eye contact and just continue on which can make people want to leave when you get busy. You gotta make them feel cared for. 2. They have a wheel to spin if you spend over $10 for a cute little gift. They don't tell you about it I saw the wheel and the sign and had to ask. That's a big one for a new business. Having something cute like that can make it memorable and have customers come back.
The card machine wasn't working so I had to place my order online which was fine but there were no options to customize anything. You click on the item and the 2 buttons you get are how many of the item and add to cart that's it. I asked the lady if I could get extra mayo and she said "well you'll have to order it on there as it's 50 cents for extra mayo" I explained to her there isn't an option for that and she said oh okay I'll pass that along to get that improved and we can give you extra mayo if you need it later. Therefore they definitely come off EXTREMLY CHEAP. 50 cents for extra mayo.... really. Then you claim if I want it later once I get my food then you will get it..... I also went to the bathroom and the soap is mixed with water..... so it does seem they are trying to cut costs wherever they can which can have a negative impact.
Overall I would recommend this place for sure in hopes the owners will improve some things as...
Read moreCan't order a plain bubble waffle on Doordash and I'd never physically go there. And they're $20? For a waffle?
So I tried a crepe instead (also can't order that plain) and it was nasty. Very very dry and overcooked. I can make far better crepes myself and I'm not a chef.
Overpriced garbage and tiny portions.
Editing to say that the crepe was nasty because it had no flavor, was inconsistently cooked, and definitely not crispy as you claim it should be. It's not the customer's fault they don't like your trash food if you prepared it poorly and with low quality ingredients.
Also, I've had multiple restaurants on Doordash tell me they cannot change the price of an item and that DD has to do that. So I don't see how calling for a plain crepe or...
Read more🥲As someone from Asia, where bubble tea is everywhere, I found the bubble tea at Little Crepe Shop a bit like instant mix—nothing special and not something I’d want a second cup of—but the tapioca pearls are really good.
👍The “What a Crepe” crepe is delicious, especially if you like savory, sweet, and rich flavors.
👎The mango sticky rice here was disappointing; the rice was dry and the mango tasted like canned. For authentic Thai-style mango sticky rice, Sandee’s next door is much better!
🫰🏻The staff taking orders and serving was a cute girl, very attentive, with a beautiful smile.
🪰🍂☀️The atmosphere was pleasant, although a few flies buzzing around were slightly annoying—but probably because...
