Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Janesville

We went there a few times bit this time went because we had 2 gift cards we won in a raffle. I ordered a meal deal they had for 25 and some change but the guy working couldn't figure out how to apply the gift cards so he called the manager over which was a very young girl and he left to go deliver a pizza. She applied the 10 and I paid the rest on credit card and didn't give me a receipt. We waited a total of 45 minutes for our order and I went in about 25 minutes in and it still wasn't ready so I grabbed the 2 liter with the deal then went back outside. My fiance went back I 15 minutes later and they handed him the 2 pizzas. He came back outside saying they didn't give him the bread sticks and the other sauce that came with the deal. I went in and they were rude saying there's nothing they could do to fix it and even insinuated that I STOLE a 2 liter the guy said "I saw you walk out of here with a 2 liter" in a nasty snide voice. They were probably the nastiest people I've dealt with in awhile and ever at marcos pizza. Long story short...I ended up screwed because of their horrible customer service and because it seems that I used gift...

We ordered a pizza from Marco's Pizza and had it delivered and when we got it, the pizza was not ours... The ticket was right but not the pizza so I called them right away and had to wait for about 5 minutes until someone answered... za guy answered and I let him know what happened, so he asked me for my name 3 times and for my number and for whatever reason he said he needed to talk to a manager to get this figured out (3 topping on an XL pizza), so I was again put on hold for another 5 or 6 minutes... He the proceeded to tell me that they would make the pizza and send it out AND was going to charge us the $4.50 delivery fee AGAIN even though it was their fault! I handed the phone to my boyfriend who told him in no uncertain terms that they were not going to charge us the fee because it was their fault and that it should be completely free of charge... The guy hung up the phone on him!!! Apparently this ISN'T the first time this has happened either... Never again will we order from this establishment and we highly suggest you...

Walked in and the vibe was IMMACULATE 😮‍💨 employees were locked in like it was the Pizza World Championship 💪🍕 everyone smilin’, movin’ like a well-oiled crust-slingin’ machine.

Order? 💯 SPOT. ON. Not a single pepperoni outta place. Crust? Buttery. Cheesy? Melted to PERFECTION. Whole pie? Looked like a commercial. 🍕✨ You coulda taken a pic and dropped it in the Louvre.

Staff was out here radiatin’ golden retriever energy 🐶✨, sayin’ “Have a great night!” like they meant that with their chest. Genuinely the friendliest crew I’ve seen in a MINUTE.

Food was FRESH out the oven, piping hot, and honestly?? I took one bite and had to sit down and reevaluate my whole life. Marco’s ain’t playin. They SLAYIN. 🫡🔥

This experience? 11/10. Would trust these folks with my pizza and my future. Bussin’ bussin, certified hood classic, pizza so good it might just cure generational trauma 💀💯🍕
