McDonald's — Restaurant in Janesville

I hate this Mc Donalds. Worste on in Janesville by far. There starting ti give the ones in Beloit a run for there money. First theres tge slowest one in town. Drive through takes a min of 10-15min and can go all the way till 30-40min on a weekend night. Food always messed up. And if so there nothing but rude. While in line they just throw your order on the counter & yell ur #. And dont repeat the contents. So when its busy, like everyday, most people cant hear their # since theres no content information. When i saked the lady what was in the bag, she rudley "Whats ur #" And i sais whats it matter, Ur supoose to repeat my order. Over 10 other people were confused & food was all mixed up. I also Noticed that on the new Halloween / monopoly game they have u have to get a MED drink to get a game piece, but not in the LG sizes. Which is obviuosly a "To good to be true" scenario. Since there gonna make a hage pirtion of there give away money but the amout of soda & cups saved. Once everyone caught on there was an up roar. I said "Typical Mc Donals Scams" and told he I would be leaving a bed review She yelled "The Door Is Right There" .....EXCUSE ME?!!! If this was my establishment I was fire this lady as well as sue her for punitive damages. Regardless if Corporate wants to run a scam, dont mean you habe to scold people when they inquir the information. She never once answered my question, Blamed me for not waiting for me # properly and...

So this McDonalds is advertising " get your food in 30 seconds or less starting at the pick up window or your next sandwich is on us". Well, we were told to pull forward and had to wait 10 minutes. When the girl came to bring our food out - just out of curiosity I asked her " Do I get a free sandwich on my next visit?" This girl was absolutely confused and had no idea what I was talking about! SO i pointed back at the signs they have all over bu the drive thru. And her response was " i can give you a free apple pie"? And i said - "no, your sign right there clearly says our next sandwich is on you guys! Not apple pie!" Then she hesitated and said "whats your name? i can go write it down so the next time you come in here it's free". First off I didn't give my name because I only eat McDonalds like 4 times a year but seriously? You guys are advertising all over the place that if YOUR customer has to wait 30 seconds or more at the pick up window - the next sandwich is on you!! But your employees are unaware of that and dont even have a free sandwich voucher to bring out to the people they are making stay parked for 10 minutes or more waiting for their food??? That really says a lot about the way McDonalds operates and the people...

Ordered a large combo and a happy meal, the employee at the window gave us 2 regular sized drinks instead of the large drink and kids drink that I ordered. Common mistake, but yet I was made to look like the bad guy because I mentioned it and showed on my receipt that my drink order was not correct. The employee at the window began to argue with me. He said "give me back the drinks then" and immediately after changed his mind and said "Nevermind I can't take food back through the window." I asked how he wanted to handle this, could I pay for another set of drinks? he says "not at this window" I jokingly said "So I got downgraded without asking?" he snaps at me that "the drinks cost the same?"

Great. That wasn't the point I was trying to get across. The point was not only were they not the correct size, they weren't the correct drinks at all. I wasn't going to give my 7 year old a regular sized soda when I had ordered a milk for him. I just wanted the drinks I paid money for. The drinks were not corrected. I got home to find that my large fries were barely filled and my kids fries were dumped all over the inside of his happy meal box. Asking for something that you paid for to be corrected doesn't need...
