I had never been to Red Robin before but had signed up for their club and text alerts. They sent me a text for a free Burger and bottomless fries with purchase. My husband and I decided it was our chance to try them out. When we arrived it was very slow. The young gentleman at the desk was very polite and nice. However he was not knowledgeable about the promotion that I was sent. He went to go ask a manager about what the promotion was about. He came back and did his best to explain it. Throughout the entire experience there was much confusion. our order taker though was still very polite and very nice. He checked on the status of our food and brought us cups of french fries. There was still some confusion as to the cost but we had given up trying to figure out exactly what the promotion really was. While we sat waiting we saw several other employees. A couple of waitresses, a bartender, and someone who appeared to be the manager. Not one of them looked up at us acknowledged us or said hello. we didn't get the friendliest feeling. We got home and tucked into our burgers. For the actual price of these burgers it was so not worth it. There was really nothing special about the burgers except maybe a little sauce. The burger itself was Bland. My double burger was the same size as my husband's single Patty. Again not very flavorful. I could have made Better Burgers at home and saved ourselves the trip and the money. That was our first and last trip to Red Robin. I do want to state that Noah was friendly and the only redeeming quality of...
Read moreI had the displeasure of having Elaina as my server tonight! Piss poor service and would more than likely refuse her as my waitress if I ever even come back to this establishment. Upon sitting, we got our drinks and that was about it. I had asked for fries right away as I waited for my partner to decide what she wanted. She acknowledged my request. She goes back and forth, to the kitchen, tables behind us, tables directly NEXT to us and completely ignores/forgets to bring any fries. She comes back to ask us if we are ready to order... with no fries... we place our orders and she walks away, not saying anything about the fries. Elaina continues to ignore our table; not refilling drinks; doesnt ever bring fries until our food comes out, napkins, campfire sauce as requested...etc... We didnt get any service until ANOTHER gentlemen does HER job and brings us our food. We thanked him , apologized and asked if he could get us the things she was neglecting to do. We got one refill on our drinks the entire time, no refills on fries and we were NEVER asked how our food was or if we needed anything through out our meal. She didnt even check to see if we were done, wanted anything else, dessert...etc... Elaina just left our table and never came back. Unprofessional and what seemed almost deliberate. (Bringing us fries once we were clearly finished with our burgers and leaving but not once during our meal? ) Horrible employee, horrible work ethic....
Read moreToday, we decided to do something as a family and between our work schedules and kid schedules, it’s been forever since we’ve been able to go out for dinner. Tonight, we finally were able to go out as a family. We have 1 year old twins, and we never really take them to restaurants because it can be challenging, but tonight we put that aside and went to Red Robin. We ordered our food and sat playing peek a boo with our babies. A lady, came over to us and very meanly stated She didn’t like babies and said us bringing them out and her sitting by us was giving her anxiety. I was frozen, didn’t know what to say back to her. She then went and sat back down and proceeding to say “Can you shut your babies up?” When they would mumble or scream or laugh. I went and asked to be moved and was holding tears back when I told the door guys what just happened, then the manager came and spoke to me and made me feel better by telling me she would handle it and they had every right to enjoy family night with us. They moved the lady to a side room away from us and were so accepting and polite, it made me feel much better. Our waitress Cheyenne was also coming over and telling us how sorry she was and it really turned the whole feeling for us around. Thank you, to our amazing waitress, the two guys who got the manager and convinced us not to leave and the amazing manager who made tonight special for us. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am...
