I frequently eat at the Janesville location and had no problem with my food (technically), but I have to get this off my chest!! The young blonde gal with the two nose rings took my order and someone else brought it out, everything ok! But I went back up to the counter to request more salad dressing and the aforementioned young lady was sitting at a table talking with a friend and messing around on her phone. No one else was at the counter and the manager was talking with someone about their application. I waved at the young blonde and when I finally got her attention and asked about getting a little more dressing, she said "Ok, I'll tell someone about it" but she sat right back down and never did!! I was sitting there waiting and not eating my salad because I really needed more dressing on it! Apparently she preferred to sit and talk over just running back and grabbing it or asking someone in the back to get it!! To me, this lack of customer service would be a strike on the record. I grew up in a time when 'Customer Service' meant something! If I were the manager and saw this, she would have been fired on the spot!! As it ended up, the manager saw me sitting and not eating my salad, so he came over and asked me if anything was wrong. I told him and he had someone else bring out the dressing for me. Meanwhile, blondie still sat there gabbing away... To be fair, I did ask her if she was on a break before I asked for more dressing, but she didn't answer that, either! If no one says anything than nothing changes and customer service is lost on the...
Read moreIt's alright, the employees are friendly and everything, but...There isn't much value for your dollar. The food here is quite spendy. For instance I bought the regular size chicken alfredo bowl for 10 dollars. There wasn't a whole lot of pasta in the bowl, and with a name like chicken alfredo I sort of expected a sauce on the pasta. Instead it came with a small amount of cream and parmesan sprinkled on top. There were also tomatoes in the dish, but they were not cooked and didn't blend well with the dish. I didn't finish my bowl.
In comparison, you can go to Olive Garden and purchase a chicken alfredo dish for around the same price and not only do they give you a larger serving, they also include breadsticks and soup or salad. In my opinion, the food tastes better here too.
Also, this location has a very noticeable sticky floor problem. Everywhere you step your shoes uncomfortably stick and it's not very enjoyable. It's worse than a movie theater.
I've given Noodles a few tries but I think I'll be...
Read moreDO NOT WORK HERE. Mostly addressed towards young women. Last time I worked there, the general manager was James. Now, James is peculiar in the way that he's incredibly touchy-feely with the young women; which, needless to say is creepy and inappropriate. He would also say things that were borderline inappropriate to the young women he worked with as well, just really strange things that an adult man probably shouldn't say to high school girls.
Anyway, if that doesn't sell you, maybe poor management will? They'll make anyone 18+ a manager. You don't even need to be particularly good. You'd probably just be able to ask. I still talk with multiple people who've left this establishment that say poor communication among the managers was a big part in leaving. So not only do the managers communicate poorly with their employees, but also with each other.
Food is good, give it 4.5 stars.
The underbelly is rotten though, negating the 4.5 to a 1.
Thanks...
