I am usually the one at fast food places to give the workers the benefit of the doubt when things don't go right. I was a fast food manager, so I do understand. What I don't understand is what I witnessed tonight at Taco Bell. We walked in and this lady in drive thru yells out to us "Kiosk orders only", so I ordered our two iced coffees and this other gentlemen put his order in on a different screen. The gentlemen that ordered after us walked up to the counter and the lady yelled "Kiosk orders only" and never made any eye contact with anyone, it was like no one in the lobby existed. He said "I don't have a card with me, I only have cash, can I pay for my order?" She never answered his question she just said "I don't have a till in front counter" The man and his guest left. After they walked out the door, she said, with out noticing that they left "Sir, what's your name?" We all said, "he left". She went back to the drive thru. She sent someone on break, they came back from break, and we still didn't get our coffee. As we were waiting, no one new had arrived we were yelled at again "Kiosk orders only" I said "We've all already ordered" Another lady came in, ordered, and got her food before us. In the meantime, a girl and her grandma came in, ordered 3 boxes and were waiting. I finally said "How long for 2 iced coffees? The lady that ordered after us got her full meals and already left." One girl said "did you order?" I said, "yes, and paid for it too" Now being in the business, I know the drink orders go to the drive thru ticket printer. We waited yet...another 7 minutes, then she made ONE of the TWO coffees, and started doing more drive thru orders. after about 3 cars I asked how long for the second coffee. She felt that she needed to explain that she has to "create them, they aren't just something they pour". She then felt that she had to say loud enough for us to hear "I will take drive thru orders AFTER I make ALL these iced coffees", it was only ONE more to make. When she brought it over to me I told her that I was sorry she felt 'put out' by having to make the iced coffee. I told her that if they can't handle the having the drive thru and the lobby open, maybe they need to close the lobby. She said that her GM wouldn't allow that. I told her that she then needs to make orders as they come in, not just when she gets around to it. I feel bad if this is the type of person that you have as a manager. She did try to give me some kind of coupon, and I refused it because I will NEVER be back to that location, and I told her it isn't about free stuff or coupons, its about customer service and learning her job. I understand you're short staffed, but this attitude and action from your drive thru/ or manager, or what ever she was,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped here last night around 9/10pm after working all day and I was starving. The woman who took my order over the headset was super friendly and fast. There was only one car ahead of me, but they were on their way super fast. I got to the window to pay, and the woman who took my order was once again super friendly and warm. My food was ready super quickly! I couldnāt wait to start eating my nacho fries on the way home, and the first one I ate was perfection. When I got home to eat everything was made perfectly and it was honestly the best Taco Bell Iāve ever had in my entire life. It was so good that I was still thinking about it today, and felt compelled to leave a review. Like it was seriously that amazing. Iāve never been disappointed by this Taco Bell. I donāt think theyāve ever messed up an order of mine, and you can tell itās ALWAYS fresh. I canāt say the same for every fast food place around. I really think though that your team as a whole at this location is doing exceedingly well. They are serving fresh, perfect, fast food. I mean even down to how carefully my tacos were wrapped(Iāve received a lot of broken Doritos locos tacos from other various locations), it was perfection. I hope the team gets to see this review and know that people do appreciate their hard work and effort. Bravo to their managers and trainers. Have the best...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreElla J treated me horribly. In the middle of ordering and asking if there was nacho cheese on an item she told me to wait a few minutes and she would let me know. When she came back to continue, she didnāt answer my question, and I couldnāt see any of my order on the screen. I finished ordering and went to the window and paid, immediately I showed her the receipt (before getting any of the food) to let her know majority of the order was wrong. She immediately switched and got an attitude and told me I was wrong and that I should pay attention to the screen. I was extremely nice and simply wanted to make sure everything was right so nothing had to be remade. She closed the window in my face and told me to āHave a good nightā in the middle of speaking with her and brought over a co worker to openly speak about what I did wrong. As a 20 year old respectful girl it was super upsetting to be treated like I was by a 40 year old woman. I understand people have bad nights, but I will not be advocating for this...
