Zero stars if i could. I just ordered my food to go. I ordered at 8:38pm. One of the servers told me on the phone it would take about 25 min. No problem..it takes me about 20 min to get there anyway. Once i got there one of the servers asked me if id like a drink while i wait. I said sure, but thinking at the same time "its been over 25 minutes" . But i have patience and i waited. I guess they lock the doors at 9pm, which i found was odd considering they close at 10pm. After about another 15 minutes of waiting i finally got my food. I honestly should have checked the bag before i left. I ordered Bone-in garlic parm wings, Garlic Parm Boneless, Mozz sticks, and a chicken salad. When i tried to elave the building the front door was locked, so i had to ask the server to open it. Once i got home i was really upset to find that both my wings were wrong. The garlic parm wings were actually naked wings. Not one bit of any garlic parm, and they looked like they recooked ones from earlier in the day, they were hard and dry. The boneless was sauced with some red funky sauce. That tasted really off. I dont even know what it was. And they were burnt, like little rocks. The chicken in the salad was also burnt, and the mozz sticks were far from fresh. At that point i tried to call and try to rectify this, it was 9:42pm, no one answered the phone. And i know they sere not busy because there was only like 4 tabkes and 3 people at the bar. So i called again. No answer. So we ended up calling another beef o bradys thats on main st. The lady was so kind and helped us and she wants to remake our wings even though we still have to pay for them. She also said they are still supposed to be answering the phone when they were still open at the time. What a waste of time. I will never go back or order from there. The kind woman at main st port richey told me i should call the manager in the morning and return the food but considering i have work i can not. So nasty old burnt food is going in the trash. To the owner you need better people with better attitudes. If they'd stop trying to cheat the customers out of what they're paying for this wouldn't happen. This manager was the biggest rudest person ever to this customer. I would wanna know why three different steaks came out when I ordered two of the same. I would like to address the situation you had in your store today. I can understand as a customer.It's hard to come in and put your money out when you've got people touching your food and not understanding what you're trying to say to them. But I did see the customer's food come out and those customers.There were 3 different steaks that came out in customer.Just wanted to know why that was. The manager or maybe even the owner was there and he was really nice--he wasn't your typical stuck up manager hovering over the server and bartender. (i worked as a server for a corporate restaurant, and those managers were god awful) The kitchen is where we had our only problems. My husband and I there watching the Stanley cup game. At 9pm our server told us the kitchen was closing in 5 mins and if we wanted food we had to order it now. My husband is a cook in a restaurant and i have worked in restaurants as well, so we both understood about the kitchen closing an hour before closing time. Thats not what the problem was. We ordered our food to go because we wanted to keep drinking until they kicked us out. In the mean time people were still coming in. It was around 9:45 and our server was letting them all order food. We didnt understand why we were forced to order food at 9 if they were going to continue letting people order food 45 mins after they told us the kitchen was closing. When we got home to eat our food we both were missing 6 wings each and the cooks put hardly any of the flavors on the wings. We were basically eating naked wings. We paid 70 bucks al together and 40 of that was for wings that were shorted and had no flavoring to it.
