Then she was driving around the parking lot looking at all the cars.According to the manager we were only allowed to use the unlimited spa for up 2 hours. You're not allowed to say anything about the staff's lack of performance or anything else because you will get terminated. People don't like it when you let the corporate office know that they are not for filling their obligation to the franchise contract. So the manager. Canceled my membership saying we violated policy. utilizing the spa area unlimited.She said no.It should be limited to 2 hours. That's not unlimited. They said that we were disrespectful to people.However we have Another person that sat in the black card room with us and they can tell you that we were never disrespectful to any of the staff. Actually on the contrary. As I was talking him into upgrade to a black card he wanted to try the hydro. The assistant manager told them yes, and then when we went up there.Her boyfriend, that works there,That has all the tattoos told us no and that he couldn't be in the black card room (even though he was being sponsored). This guy has sat with us every night in the black card room and he can tell you that we did not bother anybody.We did not disrespect anyone. The staff told us we could move the chair closer to the plug and charge our phones.And we did ,as well as others and the manager complained about it. We always put the table right back. It was more like the staff wants to use the black card room in order to go make their Personal phone calls. People have been calling them out and I guess she thought it was me. But I would like the corporate office to know that you say unlimited usage of the spa. I have an injury and we were utilizing the spa Until after my medical appointment this weekend. Evidently unlimited usage of the spa is an advertisement that is not being upheld by the management. And as for any disrespectful to her staff I have a witness that I have never been disrespectful to anybody in there. Corporate office needs to have a conversation with the owner of this facility and have them contact me. Because your manager and her staff are falsifying.Information and they are denying a black card member to sit using an unlimited spa. It seems that your managers are putting time limits on your unlimited policy. The funny thing is I have spent even longer hours at eos. They have never had a problem with us utilizing the facilities for as long as we like. Their staff doesn't go into the relaxation area to take personal phone calls. They don't talk on their earbuds Why at the front desk. I got two upgrades for this club and also two black card memberships and those will be walking out the door. This club can't afford to lose anybody else.Because at the best most busy time you've got maybe ten people in there. The parking lot may be full but they're not in planet fitness. We'll also know the staff has discussed with us if they have been losing business multiple cancellations every week. GO FIGURE. They feel that the criticism of any of the staff means that the management has failed at her position and at this club she has. Due to the lack of maturity, Allowing staff especially an assistant manager have a personal relationship with one of the employees. Your staff is not perfect and you just need to learn to accept that period when you cannot accept it.It shows a lack of professionalism that is in place as management. I have been in there and they have done things inappropriately , Is having inappropriate conversations,etc. But retaliation is just pure evil. And a lack of maturity. @ To planet fitness you're accepting to this behavior which is in violation of your policies and advertisements. Not only this facility but also the company is not a judgment free zone. you cannot express your concerns without management retaliating with false accusations. Corporate office does not ask for any kind of proof or even a video anybody can make a statement but can your management provide a video of what they're saying you did. The problem is that planet fitness does not give you the judgment free zone as advertised because they allow false statements to create terminations in membership. It's the lack of maturity of the management that was put in place not only of this facility but also in corporate facilities. It just shows that decline in professionalism and especially in the manager in this club. And she wonders why all her business is going over to Eos. You're not the only place with a hydro massage or massage chairs. The environment that is created in this facility is not judgment free. You cannot be yourself and belong. Find your hydro massage both at any time.Fitness and also crunch fitness . Crunch is the same price. If you are here you will notice a lot of issues that are going on with the acknowledgment of the management. Be careful not to speak. So you will hurt the feelings of the employees and then they will lie on you. I have had the guy with tattos to be extremely rude to me at some point in time and trying to discuss the matter with the assistant manager.It was A waste of time especially when I realized they were "together." I was in the club when the assistant manager said that the manager told her to count cars out in the parking lot. The assistant didn't even know what it was about. It's not even their parking lot. I just want to tell the corporate office that the management in this club is very unprofessional.And you need to contact the owner and have them contact me. And in the meantime, you need to make sure that any time Your manager is wanna complain about the members that you have video evidence. You are way too trusting with your staff and people. Is they are out to protect their own job. You need to have evidence like a video. Stop allowing these people to abuse their power and position because of their hurt feelings of people being honest...

Update:: The management knows what' going on. And yet it still goes on. UPDATE 2. I would just like. To say that the two ladies that are in the black card room utilizing the unlimited spa SEE UPDATE 1 ,do not bother anybody. Before anybody wants to start packing on some lies about them. The black card room is usually always empty.It is utilized by the staff for phone calls/members.and also by the trainers, As well as guest kids, spouses pqeople waiting for other people to use the gym. After reading the reviews, I too have been subject to the young individuals that have been in the black card room using the hydrospaw.2 guys using vulgar language and talking about their private parts jiggling Around during the hydro massage. The signs are very clear that phone calls are supposed to be held in the lobby and the staff does not enforce it. We have one man that comes in with his business calls.And they last for quite sometime and he makes you feel like you are a problem. We have also seen the staff eating in the black card room which other of us have been told not to do. Since the manager wants to talk to someone about hanging around for a long time, the employee with the tattoos on him. He's always hanging around at the front desk. He works the midnight shift as a maintenance personnel period but he is always hanging around at the front desk during the day. For long periods of time, while the other staff is on duty and that does not seem to be a problem with your manager .he is usually there with the assistant manager. I would also like to say there will be multiple people at the desk.And they're so busy laughing joking and socializing that they're not paying attention to the computer and making the customers continuously get up and have to ask them to start their next session. Since the manager wants to find fault with paying members, maybe we need to tell the corporate office and get HOLD of the owner,What really goes on during payroll time. And yet the manager finds that her staff off duty can be hanging around distracting The individuals at the front desk and socializing with them , when PAYING members are being told They spent too much time utilizing the unlimited sPA. Update1 to corp.overheard mgr tell a Disable person spending too much time in blackboard room USING UNLIMITED SPA.and charging phone. WE have ALL used that person ext cord to charge phones as per ok fro staff. This is a direct violation of MGR JUDGEMENT And violation of your policies.CONTACT CLUB OWNER.
