Arby's — Restaurant in Jasper

As always, the food and service as well as the workers were great. The workers were attentive and friendly as well as knowledgeable. I've heard a lot of bad things about this Arby's, but even though there are times that that workers are possibly not "wonderful", I dare say that people who write bad reviews likely have more "bad" days than most others. That's why they have nothing positive to say about people who are new to the job, having problems of their own or don't like the job they're having to do because they can't get the job they want or are qualified for. Then you have those who just totally enjoy berating others and the business they go to. They're angry because all they could get was a roast beef sandwich when they wanted a ribeye steak or maybe a T Bone. I'm sorry you're stuck in a place where you aren't happy with your lowly position and can't afford to go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse or even get a sirloin or T Bone from Waffle House. Get over it. Work hard wherever you are and do the best job anyone has ever done and that will help you get a chance for a position you can work up to. And stop complaining about others. Try being positive for a change and see what a difference it makes in your life and your career. I will definitely be going back to ARBY'S to eat. They left my sauce packets out of my drive thru order. So I parked the car and went inside to get the sauce that I requested. There was an older woman who seemed busy at the counter. Instead of explaining to her what happened... I walked over to other side of the counter to get the sauce packets that were already sitting out for the inside guest. The older lady rudely began to ask me if she could help me! Basically trying to accuse me of stealing sauce. Keep in mind I had literally just spent over $15 in the drive thru. I simply was getting the sauce that I requested with my meal. There is a right and wrong way to talk to paying customers! This is not my first rude encounter that I've had with this woman. My Mom and I ate in here last week on Tuesday around 3:30pm. The same rude older lady took our order and was repeatedly being a ( know it all to us) while we were trying to place our order. The lady kept arguing with my Mom claiming that my Mom didn't know what she was trying to order. My Mom was simply trying to order her a beef and cheddar meal. • UPDATE SINCE I POSTED THIS REVIEW CORPORATE ASKED ME TO CONTACT THEM AND I DID THAT WAS A WEEK AGO I'VE NOT HEARD ANYTHING . SO APPARENTLY EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW GETS A RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE JUST SO THAT IT LOOKS GOOD BUT THEY DON'T ACTUALLY SPEAK TO YOU IN RETURN **I went to grab a door dash order. After 22 minutes of watching the employees just hold empty bags and stare at the screen like they were just...lost I asked for the manager. Only to find out the person who was so confused was the manager. Mind you the order I was picking up AND the 10 people in the lobbys orders were ready. Just sitting in the expo window. The manager says to me he's busy and other orders take priority which seemed to be the drive thru. I will mention that since I had to stand there for over 25 minutes I observed a young man wearing gloves, he was weighing out roast beef. I saw him rub his face and hair and just continue to man handle the meat with no regard.
