Cranberries — Restaurant in Jasper

We went on opening day 7/17/23. The restaurant was fresh and clean and seemed a friendly place with cheerful employees. I had the breakfast sampler, two eggs, 1 each bacon, sausage and ham, and hash browns. Ordered the eggs over easy, one was, the other was over hard. Meats and hash browns were good. No hot sauce for the hash browns except Tabasco - I can’t stand it, prefer Louisiana hot sauce or other non Tabasco. So, dry hash browns (I don’t do ketchup on them) and they were still pretty good. Toast was included but did not come to the table until we were half finished with the meal. The toast should come out first or with the meal. Wife had orange juice and she did not like it. I had chocolate milk - a glass of milk with probably 1 spoon of powder added? Very weak on chocolate flavor.
