Culver’s — Restaurant in Jasper

Absolutely loved this place!! This is definitely a new family go to. I live in Kentucky but no more Kentucky Kingdom or Kings Island. The amenities that are given at this park are wonderful, free drink,parking, sunscreen, good sunscreen at that. And I have to say this is absolutely the cleanest part I've ever been to! There were attendance in all the bathrooms cleaning and walking around constantly. Now the water Park area bathrooms and they definitely could use a little bit more work it was a bit gross at times, but it was a water park... Still far better than any of the bathrooms at Disney Kings Island or anywhere else that I've ever been. Just be prepared if you ride the wooden roller coasters they will shake you to death. Great for the younger guys but not parents or...

First and last time at Culver’s… they forget to put my fries in the bag which is a simple mistake. But when I call about it, the manager Josie says she’ll send someone to bring me the fries, just give her my order number so she can check the cameras. Then I wait 40 minutes and call back to say don’t worry about it, and Josie tells me she didn’t get around to checking the cameras and that they’ll send me fries tomorrow hopefully lol. What?! Thank you, but no thank you. I didn’t even ask for them to send me fries, she suggested it. And they’re watching security footage in an attempt to foil my master scheme to steal an order of fries? She tells me that’s procedure. Do better at the basic procedures first. Everyone makes mistakes- it’s what you do after...

Are you kidding me??? You think this place is good?? Yeah, the one in Evansville is good. I've been to the Jasper one four times and not once has it been fresh or HOT off the grill. What a joke! Every time it's been cold and gross. When I go to Evansville it's been hot and freshish! I keep thinking it will be good here in Jasper, but gas is more precious than going back to complain. Plus!!! 15 freaking dollars for 2 cold burgers, NO fries or drinks. I'd rather take my chances at McDonald's. It's bad the times we have been to CULVER'S....and not cheap. I GIVE UP!!! No where in town have I had the experience of a quick, HOT, even quasi fresh meal, at a reasonable price.... at a fast food joint. Is it too much to ask for??...
