My second time here and such a disappointment. While my first experience could not be more wonderful (food and service) and clearly different. I chose to return today and bring my family for my birthday dinner. The service was horrible with food coming out late while our only Spanish speaking family members’ food came out within 15 minutes of order and others waiting well over 45 minutes. Serving some adult plates well before several children’s plates. The food was ok-some great some ok, my food was cold and missing half of my plate while added extras I requested not to have. With a large party I expected mistakes, but the waitress didn’t even come back to check in unless we asked about our children’s food or drinks. With 6 children and 6 adults my simple math says total of 12- I paid for 16 drinks and well over 12 meals. My attempt to explain the simple math was futile-the waitress argued she was correct. Having lived in Southern CA and Tucson AZ for most of my life, this place is legit!!!! It’s the ONLY place I go to when I’m craving Mexican food! Their tacos are truly authentic and made exactly the way I would expect. Lightly fried and doubled corn tortillas with (steak tacos) meat, cilantro and onions. They also add in some grilled jalapeños and onions for a bonus. The salsas are perfecto!! Green is my fav, but they’re all fantastic!! I recently went and ordered outside my norm, getting some chilaquiles and a michelada. That michelada was HUGE and perfectly presented! The chilaquiles were perfect; not too soggy and not too crisp. Very well done. The eggs on top, I will say, were WAY overcooked and fried to a crisp. Will def ask for a soft cooked egg next time. Also served with refried beans. Soooo good! Every Mexican restaurant in Indiana claims that they are authentic, but this one really is I highly recommend!! Side note…don’t pass up...

Food is okay, but they will repeatedly screw up your order. If it wasn't for the fact that my wife like their food I wouldn't order from here ever again!!!!!! There doesn't seem to be any consistency in the pricing. We order the same thing every time. And if the guy answers the phone the price will vary as much as $8. If the girl answers it's always the same. The guy at the front register is going to lose them my business. Hear the guy doesn't care about orders or he writes down the wrong thing.
