Ordered a Pepperjack Turkey ($8.29), no mustard, add more bacon ($0.50). A side cup of potato soup ($2.79) and a drink. Wanted a small but their choices was Large or kid size so I went with a large ($3.29), thnx ego.

(My pre-eating review 2 stars) My sandwich had mustard and my bacon was added to the soup instead of the sandwich. Felt self conscience walking back up, this place is busy since opening. They corrected my order and told me theyde bring it out to me. Forgot to hand me another number card though so after they walked a lap they went to find my original server lol.

(My post-eating review 4 stars) The remade sandwich was tasty and correct. Its bread was toasted but soft inside, very nice. Ingrediants tasted fresh but I eat Hotpockets so what do I know....Soup was okay and nothing to write home about. Came with a free pickle. Didnt think I wanted one but ate it anyway. Was refreshingly crisp.

Pros: Clean, Good Service, Outlet at every Table, Active table Waiters (refills and table clearing), Large ordering Signage, Many televisions playing Sports, Menu items listed pricing and Ingrediants.

Cons: Bit Pricey, Size drinks are kid or Large, No combos with Beverage, Different pricing for drink if you want soda or Tea, Felt pressured as a first time orderer (check online menu b4 coming) because its so busy (is that a con?).

I've dined in, ordered delivery, and used their catering services, so this review reflects multiple experiences. Overall, the food has its highlights, but there are some consistent issues that need to be addressed.

Starting with the positives: their sandwiches are flavorful, the sweet tea is a crowd favorite, and the desserts are always a hit. The mac & cheese is also quite good, just be aware that the portion size is on the smaller side. Soups are solid as well, though the chicken and dumplings taste more like something from a can than a made-from-scratch dish.

Where things fall short is in quality consistency and service follow-through. The potatoes are smaller than you'd expect and often undercooked, which can be disappointing compared to other local spots. Pricing also feels high given the portion sizes.

Dine-in tends to offer the best experience. However, I've run into repeated problems with mobile orders, delivery, and catering. There have been multiple occasions where catering arrived late, was missing items, or didn't show up at all. When ordering delivery through their website (which partners with DoorDash), I've had orders canceled last-minute with little accountability. It's frustrating to have the restaurant offer delivery as an option, then pass the blame when it doesn't work out. If I were in management, I’d either take more ownership of the process or remove delivery as a service option entirely.

if i could give this store a zero i would. the food is good. but some of the staff are not. when i was taking my order the girl “dyra” doesn’t listen very well either. i said no onions and chicken very clearly and she still continued to get it wrong. it’s very pathetic. i went up to the counter to order some mac n cheese n the worker Matthew had a very bad attitude about it. The only decent worker there is Lori. she has always been a really helpful person and her as a manager was well deserved. the other front of the house workers are lazy ! they like to stand around and talk. and stand back and let other people do their work for them. it’s a shame. so glad chris is gone he was rude and not a very good boss. he doesn’t have good listening skills and doesn’t know how to treat his workers properly. all in all the only very well mannered and hard working person working in the...
