1/21/25 update - They STILL have not come to get this dang car after disabling over 4 months ago. It's still sitting SMH what's the feeling point besides trying to scam me into paying the missed months.
I would give ZERO stars if i could.... This is by far one of the worst companies to finance a vehicle through. In the beginning it was not this bad but shortly after I hit my 2 years of paying on this loan and a change of name for the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from, they started treating me like I was scum of the earth. Not to mention, since I am on the second half of my loan, most of my car payment is now going towards the principle instead of the interest, so I feel like they were being difficult so they could repossess my vehicle and resell to make more money. I am a single mom that works 2 jobs. Yes, I may have been late on my payments BUT I always paid my car payments and the additional late fees that came with being late. The past few months, I would call and of course it would take me sometimes over an hour for someone to not hang up on me. Then, they would transfer me over to the "finance manager" where he would then REFUSE to take my car payment that is due. He stated that he would need the next payment as well. Even though it wasn't due yet. He has hung up on me, yelled at me, belittled me to the point where I am balling my eyes out at work. All because they wouldn't take the payment that was due. They do not treat you with respect. They are only after your money. They took advantage of a person who just needed a little help. Not to make my life a living hell, wondering if/when I come out of the store or my house, is my vehicle going to start or not. Please please please do your research and DO NOT finance through this company. You will seriously regret your decision...

They misrepresented key details during the sale, and once the paperwork was signed, their customer service was practically nonexistent. When I reached out for help with issues, I was either ignored, given the runaround, or treated with rudeness. Instead of standing by their word, they pushed responsibility back on me and made it nearly impossible to get clear answers. Whatâs worse is the way they handle financing. The terms were not explained properly, and I later discovered hidden details that were never made clear at signing. This feels deceptive and predatory, especially for people who are already in vulnerable financial situations. Overall, EZ Acceptance Auto operates more like a trap than a trustworthy dealership. They are quick to take your money but disappear when it comes to accountability or service. If youâre considering doing business with them, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, time, and money.    Read moreI have been paying off my car since 2023 and haven't had a problem but after my experience with one of the staff I wouldn't recommend loaning with this company. The staff specifically the lead of the "finance department" was extremely rude when I was trying to express my concerns. She kept saying that's not my problem and that I should've worked more to figure out my problem. I was inquiring about my options regarding payment due to going on maternity leave and she said there's nothing she can do. When she started getting frustrated with me she started raising her voice which led me to raise mine then she started saying I wasn't letting her help but all she was telling me is its not her problem and there was nothing she can do. This was a really bad experience to go through at 8 months pregnant. I was just wanting to know my options and trying to figure things out but instead was greeted with such an attitude and discompassion. They need to replace her because that was the most unprofessional call I've ever been on. Having a person like that as the lead of the finance department isn't a great choice for the company. It was disappointing as well because she was Latina like I am and she was extremely rude and laughing at my situation.
