China Chef — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Most Chinese restaurants are run by very rude owners and workers. And of course this particular restaurant is no different. In fact, they are arrogant cheap and downright ignorant. All they care is take your money/credit card and pretty much ignore you. Last time I was there, I ordered about 8 egg roll’s, an order of their Beef Satey And Kung Pao Chicken to go. While I was being given some of those terrible pre-pack sweet and mustard sauces, I asked if I could get another small cup of their house blend mustard sauce (about a tablespoon worth) which they don’t give it to you unless you asked for it. Her response was “will cost you another dollar.🤨🤦‍♂️Of course, my response was no thanks. I don’t need it that bad and walked out and I haven’t been there since. This was about 6 months ago and I will never set foot in that place. These people have no personality and no friking class. I would think they would be more friendly and polite with customers but it never fails, always the same...

We placed our order for delivery, when the delivery guy dropped our food off we were missing one item! I called back up there & the same guy that took my order said no you didn’t order that & I said yes I did! My fiancé even heard me tell the dude! He even had a hard time hearing me cause he said there was a lot of noise! Which my Fiancé even had to tell him the address after I repeated myself over 20 freaking times! Yes he had to repeat himself to the guy as well! But yet you gonna call me a lair!!! To top that off I didn’t eat my soup & saved it for the next day for lunch, bad ideal it upset my tummy really bad. I showed the rest to my fiancé when he got home & he said I don’t thing that grayish black should be in egg drop soup & not to mention the chicken was cut weird & it did not taste like chicken at all! I refused to eat it! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I’ll stick to Chop Suey King even when they’re closed for vacation from now on!...

The orange chicken I ordered had freezer burn on it and wasn't cooked all the way through. My boyfriend watched me eat it and was surprised at how long and hard I had to chew the chicken that wasn't clearly undercooked. He also struggled to eat his meal as well. Super tough and dry. There's no way they didn't see how tough and unsavory the chicken was before giving it to both of us. The fried rice was salty. On a positive note they give you large portions of mediocrity. The young lady at the front counter has a snide and off putting attitide. I wish I would've tried their smoothies-a guy got one after we ordered and it looked delicious. All in all, neither one of us were happy with the bad attitude as well as the bad food; although I never tried it, by the looks of it there's a possibility that their only strong suit are...
