Oh my goodness, totally unbelievable. On a very hot day today my son and I drove to Dunkin Donuts/Basking Robbins to Simply Get ice cream. Actually we're going to get a few orders of ice cream and donuts. If felt like we were complete ghost. The staff kept looking at us and totally ignored us, no courtesy of saying hello may I help you at all. I became so upset that before I exploded at one of them I decided to go to a different location. Management needs to teach their staff proper customer service. They just lost two customers permanently as I will not be returning to that stupid unprofessional...

I never had a problem with this place I love how it's open 24hrs sense I work and night and its nice to get my ice cream when I have to use the bathroom but this time there was a girl I never seen there before kinda heave set caucasian looking and I swear she pressed her thumb on the very top of my ice cream! I checked the icecream out because I have never gotten a scoop so low but when I looked at it looked like it had a thumb print on it I thought it was kinda odd so I decided to test it out with my own thumb and sure enough it looked exactly the same wont be coming here when she is around...

This location is my favoriteee!! The entire staff is so friendly! They can get pretty busy but always make sure your order is correct and drive-thru moves quickly. They are just a great staff and work together which makes the customer...
