Cochiaros Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ORDER MY PIZZA FOR PICK UP WAS TOLD 25 MINUTES. I GET THERE AND IM TOLD 4 MORE MINUTES, ABOUT 15 MINUTES PAST I ASKED THE CASHIER HOW MUCH LONGER. IVE BEEN HERE WAITING AND SHE GOES TO THE BACK CHECKS COMES BACK TO THE FRONT WONDERS AROUND AND THEN COMES TO ME AND TELLS ME 7 MORE MINUTES BECAUSE THE COOKS HAD TO MAKE THE PIZZA AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO IT HOW I ORDER IT. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY IGNORE ME SO ONCE AGAIN I SAY CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK AND ONE CASHIER DECIDES TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND THEN THEY WANT TO GIVE ME LESS THAN WHAT I PAID AND I TOLD THEM NO THATS NOT WHAT I PAID. CASHIERS HAVE BAD ATTITUDE WORST SERVICE AND WHEN THEY HANDED ME MY MONEY THE CASHIER GAVE IT TO ME IN A VERY DISRESPECTFUL MANNE. IM NOT ASKING FOR FREE FOOD I WAS PAYING AND I EXPECT TO GET THE QUALITY AND THE CORRECT WAY OF MY FOOD IM PAYING FOR. I order from here often. Recently ordered on my way home for pick up. I get home and when I serve to eat dinner the fries were extremely dry and stale. I called and let them know , asked for them to refund fries and the response was being them back to get a refund. Mind you they were closing in 10mins from the call‼️ I spoke to a closing supervisor Juana and if i could punch her through the phone I would’ve of. Customer service went out the window. She was rude and did not try working g out the simple issue. Last time my family and I support this establishment.

The kicker: I called the next day to speak to store manager and they asked “do you still have the fries” 😩😂 I answered yea, in the trash. Great food but their customer service does really stuck. Im writing from my husbands account but Im a female and they are a bunch of female workers in their. Every time me and y sisters go in they give us a bad attitude and just stare with dirty looks. Not even a hello or how are you. Oh and another thing we once had some delivered and my husband found a piece of lint and hair on his slice of pizza how discusting. We called to let them know and they didnt even apologize or sound sorry. They acted like it was no big deal.
