Subway — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I decided to eat at this establishment because it was close from the Toyota dealership where I was having my car being serviced, and my experience was good. The service was like any usual subway you would go to, but what made me give the 5-star review was the personnel at the moment. The people working at the time were very professional and made my sandwich pretty good. Besides letting me and other costumers eat inside, the workers didn't mind me being in the establishment for a very nice amount of time until I received the call that my car was ready for pickup. Most of the negatives reviews I read for this place may had been costumers that have nothing else better to do since I didn't find nothing wrong with the service and food, which most likely will make me come back the next time I get my car serviced.

BTW, I am a person who literally lives, breaths, and writes good reviews to places that amaze me, so I don't want the staff to be discouraged with negatives comments from others. Hence, they should keep their positive attitudes and keep their amazing service the way they did to me and the others who came after me. Quick, efficient, and with a warm attitude.

PS.- This is more for the owner rather than the workers, I believe the person should invest and care a bit more how the place needs some wall maintenance. I believe it would help with how the place looks to costumers and enhance their...

Absolutely horrific. There were 2 Imdian women working there, one completely distracted with 2 men there flirting with her and the other attending me who was apparently new. She didn't know what flat bread was, pretty self explanatory. She waited 5 minutes for the other girl to agree on what the bread was while I was pointing at it, when she start making the sub she put 4 leaves of spinach, didn't even put the correct meat and as this was happening a Hispanic girl came and clocked in, as she went to get some gloves I told her "Hey, if she's new, she needs proper training" her response was " Well she's new so give her time and patience, its not my problem" so I responded with " Your giving me attitude when im giving a suggestion?" And she said "Im not even clocked in, don't start" I instantly walked out. How ridiculous. Totally unacceptable. Never again at this location. I used two coupons to place two online orders. Each order was a different payment method. When I got to the store, the sandwich artists were about to start making the sandwiches. I only got a refund for one coupon since that order got cancelled. One of the sandwiches that came with the order was not correct. I learned that this location doesn’t accept coupons for mobile orders.
