In short: If I could give this spot 6 stars, I would.

I'm not even exaggerating at all when I say that this restaurant made me love burgers. It was always okay, but this converted me into a full blown burger-head. The patties were so perfectly cooked with the right sauce-pickles-cheese-toppings ratio. Another thing I love about this restaurant is that the fries are actually REALLY good. Charlys is so high quality that it would still be a favorite of mine without the burger. From the Cheese Fries to the polishes, this place has got it down to a science! I can't finish this review without talking about how great the service was. The young man who made my burger was as polite as anyone and the other employees were also extremely courteous. On one of my visits, I tripped over my own shoelaces and dropped my burger on the floor. Within seconds, the employees were helping me up, and just a few minutes after that, they treated me with a replacement as well as a beverage of choice, free of charge! Other burger places in this great city are amazing restaurants, but Charlys transcends the label of eatery. If you are close, I can't recommend this place enough. If you're not close... then get a ride!

The food is great, I’ve never had any complaints about the food. However, what completely threw me off was that I tried to call to make adjustments to my order about 5 minutes after leaving, I called twice: no answer. Called a couple of times more and no answer. I live about 7 minutes away walking distance so I made my way to the restaurant, we pick up our food and I asked one of the guys there if there was something wrong with the phone because by the time I got there I had tried over 15 times and absolutely NO ONE answered the phone. The guy there who gave me my phone then tells me the phone is working fine and should have been the distance perhaps. I live 7 minutes away….. before this, my brother also tried calling from his device 10+ times and yet no answer. When we got to the restaurant there was absolutely no one there so it wasn’t an excuse of being busy. Never had this issue regarding the phone until now.
