Would you like to know? No handicap accessible table to place a wheel chair to begin this evaluation. People inside knew nothing of my struggle. I asked for water & coffee & a grilled chicken & onion with bacon & avocado & fries. Only my coffee and water came to me I had to order my sandwich again. These kids had me pegged from the start, (unexpecting old white lady) so they thought. Do Not use any kind of money card here, not a gift card, I would not pull out a charge card or bank card around these characters. Gave her the gift card my son bought me for my birthday. And a $10 she brought back my card that had $25 on it. I had already checked the balance before making my flight to ORD. She brought it back claiming she ran it several times & it was declined. She wanted money… and me to pay up… I brought out a $20 to go with the $10. She asked if I wanted change, you bet, as I called the 1-888 # on the back, checking my balance. Zero- card was depleted! Yes I’ll speak to the manager, never came & never came. I got up with my heavy bags & proceeded to the bar area as in where is that manager I’m suppose to talk to … here she comes. She says, those cards don’t work there, I said “They most certainly do, because now I have an empty card plus she got my cash. I paid double for a cold meal” manager said “give her, her money and I’ll pay for the meal. I got my cash and I gave her my card. I did not back down. I did not need to cuss. Only by the grace of God, I kept my composer. I told the truth as I looked them both straight in the eye. Hopefully managers goes through the receipts and finds where my card paid the price for the meal and those employees were taking me for the cash. The only thing I can hope to come of this is… for the employees to take note of what they are doing is wrong on all accounts and quit their evil scheme. Shyster Looks Like Her...

Came here today because our flight was delayed from 2pm today to 6am tomorrow. Got meal vouchers that were only $12 dollars which we could clearly read. We decided to use them here for some quick food options. Darlene at the counter was extremely disrespectful. Don't know if it's the age or just comprehension, but she was absolutely rude to us. I grabbed a sandwich, chips and a drink (fully knowing I'd just pay with my card for the rest because that's what the customer service people already told us). Darlene decides to pester us and say "You know that sandwich is way more than $12?" And when I responded "yes I'm going to pay the rest with card", she repeated "the sandwich is more than $12." I'm not dumb, far from it. Im a nurse who could buy that whole shelf AND every single food item there, I think I can get away with paying extra for chips and a drink. Not only did that happen, when my boyfriend was doing his transaction, she said "oh look another meal voucher." Sorry it's not our fault that O'hare and American Airlines decided to delay our flight a whole day.

I think Darlene either needs to be retrained or fired, never been treated that way in my entire life. Empathy for people who just had their whole flight delayed a whole day,...

The place is too crowded and it is difficul to move around tables. The waitress had a horrible attitude. I believe her name was Olivia or that was the name on the receipt. When we ordered she looked at us like we just interrupted her day. The food was very bad. The Chicken Crispers where extremely hard and dry. The French fries did not have any flavour. The mushrooms burger had only 3 mushrooms in it. I requested her to cut the burger in half and when she brought it she said I forgot to ask to cut it but I gave you a knife... in general the service was horrible and then after paying when leaving the place the waitress called us complaining that the tip we left was not enough for her. The receipt had the option for 18, 20 and 22 percent and she said if I don't give the tip percentage the receipt said she had to take it from her pocket, which does not make sense. I told her I know how tipping works and I requested the manager and she said it is ok, I just want to explain how tipping works here. I told her the tip was not what the bill suggested because the service (her actitud) and the food was very bad and I requested talk to the manager again and she said he was the one cooking.
