Bought a set of earbuds. They failed a few minutes into the flight. I could not charge them with the provided cord so got another one that seemed to work. A week later while waiting for a fight again, they failed after a few minutes. I brought them back and was told the would not exchange them without the box. Great experience shopping for noise canceling headphones, and I’m happy to support them. The sales representative, Jacob, was very knowledgeable. He introduced me to high end brands I hadn’t heard of, and he let me try on several options. Much better than shopping at a big box store. I noticed some items on sale with big promises for discounts. Airpods discounted at 199.99 dollars instead of 249.99 dollars (not pro, with wireless charging case). BUT 199.99 dollars is actually the real price for the airpods at the Apple Store, so they are actually advertising fake discounts. I tried to address this to the staff, however they were not really bothered. The shop is nice otherwise, but I would suggest to check prices online...
