Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I'm done with this Chipotle....

[I was there Tuesday, at 9pm on September 24, 2024]

MOST TIMES (not all) on my Burrito Bowl they give a half-portion of meat, where I just end up saying "give me double meat".

Then they scoop double the single portion - which ends up being actually a double meat portion. However, they skimp on the single portion.

...BUT WAIT! There's more!

First, I got qty. 2 Brisket Burrito Bowls, which is the most expensive Burrito Bowl you can order. Each bowl with double the meat is $20.⁰⁰ (total: $40.⁰⁰).]

The server messed up my order, which accidents happen, BUT she put a smirk on her face and did NOT apologize!

So WHY am I coming here?

Why am I ordering double portions when a real single portion would do?

...And this is NOT an isolated incident!

I've been here several time and tonight was it! I almost left the bowls there and told the girl she could eat them!

Now a FEW workers here do a great job and do it right BUT most do NOT.

AND for goodness sake, clean your food pep area so my bowls won't be dirty under the bottom!

...So this restaurant is not worth...

Rude & Filthy! So I’m new to the area and decided to workout at the LA Fitness within the Plaza. After my workout I decided to head to the Chipotle to grab a quick burrito bowl before heading home (i know.) I walk in- not too busy. While ordering my bowl I noticed that the food service counter was absolutely filthy! Toward the end of the assembly line there was sourcream, corn, and lettuce caked up on the counter. Gross! Surely the guy making my bowl isn’t going to drag my lid (placed under the bowl) across the slop. Wrong! Dude didn’t even bat an eye. When fastening the lid to the bowl I asked if he could wipe down the lid covered with sour cream and he obliged. Next thing I hear is a girl in the back making a sarcastic comment about my request to have my lid wiped. She said “Not the lid…..” in a mocking tone. She put the bowl in the bag and the bottom was caked with rice and sour cream. I took the bowl out of the bag to highlight the condition to the employee and told them it was unacceptable and walked out. I will never return to this location!...

First world problems for some of y’all is what I have to say with the reviews on here. I delivered from here for the first time a few weeks ago, speedy delivery, instead of pinto beans I received black beans, no big deal. Food tasted great. Have not tasted such good Chipotle in a while, it is fresh and has taste to it other locations became bland. Came in the store first time today and the location is super clean. Staff is super friendly especially the guys, asking if I wanted a bigger portion of fajitas during making a veggie bowl when I looked just because the fajitas in other stores do not look as clean and fresh (and taste was really good) and also asked me if I wanted a topping on the side. Thank you for providing service to customers, and for caring, the guy serving me also did an exceptional job serving the fellow before me, took his time to answer questions and provide what the customer wanted.
