Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. they refuse to give out their own managers name because they know everything they do is against dominos' policies and are completely shady people! They forget EVERY sauce on every order.. If not a whole item.. Take longer than expected, give you attitude about what THEY forgot, and say the sauces YOU paid for will take another 45 minutes to get there when you've already gotten your food. I told them I wanted my money back since they were so rude and did not be respectful ONCE. She said "IF THE PIZZA AND BREADSTICKS ARE NOT TOUCHED YOU CAN HAVE A REFUND.." Driver got here in 5 mins after the phone call, JOSE, and refused to give his managers name!! I said I was calling corporate and would mention HIM then too since I knew his name from the online tracker!!!!!!!! I've already sent corporate an email about all of this and found the managers names. So no need to hide it guys! Read all your reviews none of you can even do your jobs! And it's DOMINOS! Will be ordering from ACTUAL pizza places from now on, lost a customer forever. And plenty more since I will be spreading the word that dominos lets...

Don’t order from here at all this place really bad we ordered barbecue chicken pizza on the phone they said 40 to 45 minutes driver showed up in 12 minutes I was surprised why so fast without the opening the box I paid him I went inside of my home we open the pizza it was water rundown dough it was brown disgusting I can’t call this pizza I don’t know what it was I regret not taking the picture I got so stressed out I called the Dominos back to talk to manager I explained to him I asked him if he send the right order he was telling me yes barbecue chicken pizza I said where you see pizza here I told him please refund the money we gonna order from somewhere else you know what he says where my pizza I need my pizza if you want the refund I told him send the driver back I will give him the pizza you called that box with water down dough this is sickening to me he wants pizza from the customer home you don’t know who lives how this is unsanitary taking pizza back to the restaurant eww sickening he did send the driver back and refund the money but this was very stressful dealing with the manager like him. Never ordering from here again. The Manager ,Angel, is incredibly rude ,whether taking complaints or delivering food. They mess our order every time and give you attitude for pointing it out. Constantly forgetting part of our order. I called a few weeks ago ,the guy answering agreed to replace the food they forgot ,but it would be about 30 minutes to make and deliver. 5 minutes later the "manager" called and yells at me that we didn't order what they forgot and started screaming at me over the phone. I told him that the person taking our order is the one who screwed up and that they should correct it. He then hung up on me. I called several times to speak to him and he wasn't there. If you want Domino's go to the location on Kedzie @Foster. 100% better in every way. I don't know how they handle mistakes because so far (about 20 times,my kids love Domino's) they haven't made any ,and are always friendly, they will even help carry your food out. This location could afford to learn some lessons from them. But I'll never order...
