poor service beyond comprehension. went in to order for take out at 5:15pm and was greeted by the cashier with a "whatsup dog how can i help you" i looked past the poor customer service and started placing my order only for the young gentleman to walk away and come back to ask me what i wanted again, after ordering 2 bagels and 2 long johns i ordered my drink(oreo coldbrew) for him to ask me "if we even have that" in total i ordered 6 items (2 plain bagels, 2 long johns, an oreo cold brew, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream) i received my bagels and cold brew only to wait around for several minutes until realizing not a single person there cared if the order was sent out in its completed state. i let them know i was still missing part of my order and was given my 2 long johns. me assuming the basic amount of common sense to fully correct a wronged order would have been present in that store ended up backfiring because i made it all the way home before realizing they also didn't give me the scoop of vanilla. i immediately called back to double check that it was even on the order and was greeted by a short fused, in over his head shift manager claiming no responsibility for the absolute inconvenience. in his words " sorry we have a new crew, can you just come back?" already walking back i said sure and he hung up immediately. upon entering the store for a second time i asked to speak to the shift leader/person i spoke to on the phone to let him know him dismissing the situation as it being "the new crews fault" is a very scummy thing for him to do, that as a shift lead he needs to accept responsibility for instances like this and not push blame onto his crew. given i was the only customer in there when i ordered this whole situation is absolutely unacceptable. understandably so mason is just an inexperienced shift lead but its extremely apparent this young man is not ready to take on the level of responsibility required to run a store on his own. that being said i wasn't even surprised when i finally made it home the second time and saw the condition of the baked goods i was sold, stale and should have been thrown well before the lunch rush. at the end of the day i paid 23 dollars for a cold brew coffee and a scoop of vanilla. absolutely abhorrent visit today (9/18/22) and i truly hope you guys figure out your...

By the time they saw and acknowledged me it was 5:59 almost 6 and I ordered an iced coffe which was supposed to be $1 2pm-6pm that's what I thought but the employee was rude and said that her register said it was 6:02. When I looked at my receipt it clearly says 6:00 on it! She said she couldn't do anything about it. And that the coupon won't scan. Which is a lie because when there is a line they always do it for customers. So there clearly is a way to do it. I was really upset asked for the corporate number. The employee said "you can look it up" just like that. She also said she was the manager! Never ever coming back to this...
Read moreI came here after trying to find a store with glazed donuts in stock. I work nightshift shift and never could find them in stock. This location not only had fresh glazed donuts at midnight made 30 minutes before, but the gentleman who gave me service was so kind and enthusiastic about showing me the freshness and the fresh shine of the glaze that I will always come to this location even though there are two locations closer to me. This business is so lucky to have such a friendly person running the store at night. I haven't experienced this level of work enthusiasm in so long, and as a nurse, I felt so appreciated and so happy how he left me feeling since my last shift was emotionally difficult....
