Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The worst experience ever!!!!!! We stopped in this establishment so that my 2yr old daughter could use the restaurant room. I saw the hand written sign taped to the restroom door “for paying customers only”, ok cool. My husband proceeded to place our order so I asked while we’re waiting can I get the key to the restroom. The employee with his pants hanging, dirty uniform and a tattoo in his face proceeded to yell out “the bathroom for paying customers only”, without even looking up to see who asked to use the restroom. He was so rude with poor customer service skills. He eventually opened the door so my 2yr old could use the restroom. The employee and my husband exchanged a few words due to how the employee responded to our requests to use the restroom along with the employee with the tattoo in his face asking my husband,” YOU LOOKING AT ME, YOU GOT A PROBLEM HOMIE?” With such and aggressive tone and body language. This place needs all new employees from the manager on down,she just stood there as if she...

This place is the worst DD I’ve ever visited. I went around 1pm(not busy) I pulled up and saw a man with a lit cigarette in his mouth walking to a car with a bag of food for a customer!! I make eye contact with him as I pass him walking to the front door. I get inside and there is no one at the front counter....I see the man outside walk to the door an stand outside to finish his cigarette....he walking in and casually walks behind the counter and asked what I want, “watchunwant” he then goes and puts on gloves without washing his hands after smoking. Two more worked come from the back and just look at me ....This store is disgusting and needs to figure out how to train these workers. I’m calling the city and filing a report with the health department. I will never return...

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts about 4-6 times a week. I get the exact same thing EVERY TIME I GO. It was someone in there different, as usual. I order my usual which I was charged .08 more for but no biggie. When I got my order it was NOT my usual. I said something to the guy that was there about, he started going back and forth with me about what he charged me for and what he gave me. I asked him for my receipt and he balled them up! When I asked for my receipt again he told me he had to wait on a manager to give me my receipt. He had me waiting forever. I just pulled off after 6 or 7 minutes.
