Let's start with the good things.

The service is quick and good, the food for the most part is good. For example I had the combo #76 which consists of 2entres and 2 sides. You can choose between a sope and Gordita or two of a kind. This is accompanied by rice and beans on the side. The combo itself is very filling and great for the price. The steak sope was great and would recommend their skirt steak tacos judging from the taste.

The coffee and tea mugs they use are traditional Mexican clay mugs which make your drinking experience better. This was a simple beautiful touch to add to the experience.

For my order I chose to go with two sopes because their Gorditas are not Mexico city style. This in turn means they are heated as tortillas on the griddle. This takes away so much from a traditional Mexican Gordita.

The bad: The sides when arrived were mild temp. This leads me to believe they were heated in a microwave (which obviously is not ideal). The Chicharron (pork grinds) were also cold when arriving at the table. This was the worst part of the experience. Service is always so great here! Food is delicious and in this neighborhood we exactly what we need. Other taquerias are getting too expensive for my liking. $1 taco Tuesdays make it an easy choice in the neighborhood! I do have to say I am really bothered that they are up charging a percentage of your bill if you pay with a credit card. It's a total downer. Take cash unless you want to be paying that extra charge for using your card. Wish they would reflect that charge on the food cost rather than another hidden charge. It makes people really consider the final tip when you are already being charged a percentage of your bill. It discriminates us credit card users. That's why I have to say 4...

Will not recommend, I ordered 2 taco dinner, one vegetarian and a steak taco dinner. Steak taco dinner had no taste and NO cilantro and onions? Come on now!!! Who puts iceberg lettuce only on a steak taco? I feel like my 12 year old was back in that kitchen. The vegetarian taco had grilled onions and whole bunch of bell peppers. Do they even know what’s a freaking vegetarian taco? Also, no delivery, I had to pick up.
