CONS WARNING, ASK THE DOLLAR VALUE OF ALL MARKET PRICE ITEMS. Many items on the menu are listed as market price. To get a feel for those items listed as market price, I went to their online ordering site. The prices listed on the ordering site did not match the prices that we were charged. We ordered, among other things, a specialty seafood boat. This included snow crab. Langostinos, shrimp, tiny scallops and delicious mussels. This item was listed as market price. Remember, their website showed a large version of this item (Levantamuertos) for $75 dollars. Astonishingly, when I asked the server for the price, after ordering and just before it was served, she quoted $285. Yes, I was stupid for not getting the price before ordering, but I feel the server should have informed us of the price and also of the size of this platter which was very big. The menu does not indicate how many servings per person of this item. ALTHOUGH SERVERS WERE FRIENDLY, WE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR NAPKINS, UTENSILS, PLATES AND BOWLS. We ordered fish soup and menudo, which we shared with the group. I asked for suip bowls and they said they didn't have any, making it difficult to share. Also, we were not given a ladle, so sharing the soup, using a tablespoon as a ladle, was labor intensive and weird. We ordered lots of shellfish and seafood which produces a lot of shells. We are not given a vessel to collect this refuse, which is standard at seafood restaurants. MORE INFORMATION ON THE SEAFOOD BOAT The snow crab legs were small and did not yield much crab meat. Most of the platter consisted of shelled shrimp and langostinos. The few scallops were tiny. This was also served with sliced buttered baguette pieces and mussels.Given the volume of food on the platter the price was EXORBITANT.$285 FISH CEVICHE The type of fish used was never revealed on the menu. Read moreI went to this place with my husband after church previous Sunday. It’s a quaint little place but very homey atmosphere. The lady who took care of us asked to see our vaccine card. I thought “oh they are thorough”. I felt safe already! Then we were seated. I ordered fish taco and shrimp tostada, my husband ordered the combination seafood on a pineapple boat, with fried shrimp. He is African, he doesn’t eat raw shrimp so I asked the shrimp to be fried. My taco was freshly made and well seasoned to my taste, veggies crisp and fresh. my tostada was generous and the shrimp was fresh and sweet! I tried my husband’s food and boy was I surprised! It was the yummiest ever! My husband saw how I loved the food so he asked “would you like to have your bday dinner here?” I said “Yeah, definitely!” So he planned a surprise for me. Yesterday was my bday and he took me there. Boy! The place was bedecked with balloons and I had a cake! Staff came singing “Happy Bday” with noisemakers Lolol! It felt like home! I enjoyed the cake (like cheesecake double layered with chocolate). And guess what we ordered? Yes we! We all ordered seafood on a pineapple boat! Hahaha. It’s BYOB by the way. When we left, the lady asked us, aren’t you taking your bday decorations? They are yours! Boy, I just love that place! I didn’t take the decorations but I am definitely going back there! Kudos to all staff for job well done! Your food is out of this planet! Your service is impeccable. Place is clean. And I can tell that all your ingredients come fresh from the source. You definitely take very good care of your business and every customer. I am proud to do this review!!!!

Read moreI absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they never miss. The food is always on point, and the service is seriously the best. Everyone here treats you like family super friendly, welcoming, and always making sure you’ve got everything you need.
Now let’s talk about the food 😋 my all-time favorite is the Pulpo Zarandeado (grilled octopus in spicy sauce). It’s cooked perfectly every time, tender, flavorful, and just so, so good. I could eat it every day! I also have to shout out the camarones cucaracha (fried shrimp in the house spicy sauce)—they’re crazy good and full of flavor.
The place itself is small and cozy, which gives it that chill, local vibe I love. And the best part? It’s BYOB! Yep, you can bring your own drinks and just relax with amazing seafood and great company.
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out! This spot is hands down one of...
