I was very disappointed in how I decided to dine in and I wasn't told about the two different prices in menu's, one of which is a small menu that is used to order for take outs. The other is a bigger menu used to dine in. It's the same menu for both whether big/small. There is just a difference in price if you're dinning in or ordering for take out. When I walked in i asked to see the menu, I was given the small one (the take to go menu)and as im making my selection to place my order I asked the waitress the prices on a couple of their items she responded with the prices she then asked if the order was to go i responded that i would dine in. In that moment she never stated there would be a difference in price. My disappointment was that after dining in I asked for the bill then realyzed I was charged a whole different price for my order. I had enjoyed eating there. It was a nice place, I liked their setting. However, after reaching out to express my concerns. I speak with the owner and It was upsetting how he numerous of times repeatedly stated that I had placed my order to go when "I DID NOT" I was very upset and disappointed by this, I express my concerns to him, and then he tried to be apologetic, he tried to negotiate that I revisit because of their error. He made a free offer and it wasn't about getting anything free. I guess It was nice of him to make such suggestion. However The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth sorry I would not vist or recommend anyone to Frank's pizzeria again. P.S. as we exited the car, the air was filled with the delicious aroma of Italian food. As we walked up to the restaurant, I saw a large heavy wooden door That gave me that feeling of an old world establishment. Upon opening the door, my face had a big smile on it seeing that the ambience, and the intimacy of the establishment was true to its word. We were fortunate enough to have one of the high boots, which added to its intimacy.. Our meal, the Italian salad, which was plentiful and delicious, our main course was a large half sausage, half mushroom pizza that was devoured quickly. Somehow we had enough space in our bellies to sample a cannoli which I got a tire is the best cannoli I’ve ever had my entire life. We were fortunate to speak with the staff and owner in regards to the history of the restaurant to find out it had been there for 71 years same recipes same style same everything. I knew from the first bite that we were in for something very special upon finding out everything is homemade from the sauces to the do to the sausage to the desserts. I truly am looking forward to our next visit to this lovely old school family restaurant. On our next visit , we will definitely bring a bottle of red wine to enjoy with our meal.
