Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

One day im walking out of my apartment to go to work on my way out i see some fancy car key on the carpet in the entrance i decided to pick it up and hang it on the light lamp above on the ceilings and left to work.when i came back from work later that day i saw a sign on the entrance of my building it read if anyone had found a car key to call a # i look up and the key was still there where i had left it i said to myself they did not see it so i called that number and said i have found the key they Lost the guy came down rushing so happy to see me he was so grateful that i found his key it was for a new tesla and he told me he called and they wanted to charge him $500 dollars to make him a new key so he was so happy with me. Then he told me he works at jets pizza and he was going to bring me a pizza on the following Saturday to payback the favor i did for him I said alright thats cool thanks. I attempted to place an order from this location online earlier today. I have a confirmation email timed at 4:18 stating that my order would be delivered in advance at 7:15. I ordered in advance because I work the overnight shift, and I needed to have food ready as I was getting ready for work in order to expedite my process of getting ready. However, 7:30 rolled around, and my order was yet to be found. I contacted the store and was immediately told that they were behind on orders. I stated that I placed the order over three hours ago, and I was still waiting. I was placed on a prolonged hold. Then someone who I assume was a manager answered the phone. They offered me a discount for the order being late. I explained that I was on a time crunch because I needed to get to my overnight shift. They did not offer much other than canceling my order. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I was provided with this encounter. I am very unlikely to recommend this location to anyone ever again. I went to this Jet's Pizza location back in April because they were donating a portion of proceeds to Lurie's Children's Hospital for every 8 corner pizza ordered in April.

We ordered: Jet's Cheese Bread (Freshly baked bread with premium mozzarella, topped with butter, garlic & romano. Served with your choice of dipping sauce (12 pcs)

Super Special Pizza (Pizza sauce, premium mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions & green peppers)

Chocolate Chip Brownie (Freshly baked 8" chocolate chip brownie (8 pcs).

My order wasn't quite ready when I arrived, but, it was ready within 5 minutes. The employee was nice and apologized for my order not being ready.

This location is no frills and is engineered for take out only. There is a parking lot so it is very convenient for pick up.

I never had Jet's pizza before, but, I really liked it. The chocolate chip brownie was fabulous and huge.
