Wow, I wish we could give Bonnie’s 6 stars for their work on our wedding!!! Seriously, they were absolutely incredible! We worked with Bruce for much of this time, who has been in the business for a long time and is so knowledgeable. We told them we were really trying to save on money, and they totally understood! Bruce suggested using my wife’s bridal bouquet as our centerpiece and then re-purposing the flowers on our chuppah for other decorations. We rented chuppah holders from them as well, and they put up our chuppah and stayed through the ceremony to take it down.

When Bruce was unable to run the actual wedding due to a health issue, his daughter Samantha killed it! They produced the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. We seriously had A TON of flowers for how much we paid. The bouquet was like late summer/early fall in flowers. The front table was gorgeous. We wanted to put the flowers into beakers and flasks so that the tables had a scientific theme for my profession and they were totally cool with it. She even let us drop off them in advance so that they could be prepared. From now on, I’ll be getting all my flowers from them. My wife and my mother-in-law said...

I placed an order for TWO floral arrangements to be sent to the same house for my daughter and mother. Only one was sent which was upsetting because one person was left without flowers. When I called I was told I had already received my order which made me upset because ME being the one seeing what I did and did not receive knew what had and hadn’t been delivered. How could they possibly tell me over the phone that I received something when I didn’t. I was also never given an apology for THEIR mistake and instead made to feel as if things were somehow my fault. I eventually received the second flower arrangements but it would’ve been nice if they would’ve been delivered when they were supposed to have been delivered and if the people who I had spoken to at the shop had been nicer and a little more professional. For our 31st anniversary, my wife was in Chicago at our soon-to-be home while I was here in Denver. Late to the concept (as usual) I thought “hey, I can get flowers delivered!” Bonnie’s was the closest to our new home and I called. No answer. Then realizing they had closed 15 minutes before I thought ‘well, that’s that”. Ten minutes later my phone rang. It was Samantha. I explained the situation and she said, “we got this”. A half hour later my wife texted me a picture of the gorgeous bouquet that Samantha had just delivered with a warm greeting. :-)

But it wasn’t only that Samantha went above and beyond. It was the fact that we realized we were moving into a real neighborhood of genuine human beings who were willing to help out. Good business? Of course. But more than that.

So thank you, Samantha. We can’t wait to get into our home...
