I am pleasantly pleased to see that there have been improvements in both the quality of service and quality of food over the last few months. Whatever ya'll are doing, keep it up, please and thank you. Phoned in an order for a sausage pizza and was greeted warmly by an upbeat worker who took my order. Pizza was ready when I went to pick it up and was helped out by the same enthusiastic person I spoke with over the phone. 10/10 for quick and amicable service. The interior of Luke's was neat and tidy with clean tables and a clutter-free floor. Took the food home, which was still hot upon arrival and dug right in. Great pizza. I shamelessly ate the entire 12" thin-crust sausage in one sitting. Beautiful undercarriage with a good crunch to the crust and with just a slight flop to the dough. Absolutely wonderful. Sweet, tangy, and robust sauce under savory seasoned cheese with plump aromatic sausage generously dispersed throught the whole pie. 8.5/10. This has become my go-to spot for pizza whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Keep it up, folks. Cheers!

I am born and raised on the South side of Chicago. The neighborhood I'm from is called Bridgeport. We have the best breaded steak sandwiches in the world. No one can ever compare to Ricobenes Breaded Steak Sandwich. USA Today voted their sandwich as the best in the world. I've live on the Northwest side for about 7 years now, I always see Luke's sign saying southside breaded steak sandwich. I always told myself that I would never try it but today I decided to try it. There sandwich is not Bad. I think the sandwich is a little small and they could probably use some improvement on their sauce but over all the sandwich was good.. When I go back there next time I will try their beef sandwich, Everybody seems to say that it's a really good sandwich. Who knows maybe one day I'll even try their pizza, but I'm from the South side of Chicago and we have the best pizza..

Usually just go through the drive thru. So inside atmosphere is not really on review here. The Italian beefs may taste decent, but you get more bread than meat and even when you ask for it extra juicy they skimp on that too. Don't expect a good beef as you will eat a very dry and mostly bread sandwich. Mozzarella sticks are meh and def frozen, not fresh and for 1$ per stick that is ridiculous. Chili was alright, not worth the price though. I DEFINITELY will not return until they bring quality back up(which I understand will probably be never). They want to charge 2x as much and give you half as much food. Shameful that a family owned businesses want to follow big corporations lead on how to ruin good food.

Saw this on Facebook... Im nit sure I would ever want to try a place witch such rude customer service i hope this person gets justice for how your employee treated them...shame on you

I feel like this information needs to be shared. On Saturday (March 24th) I went Luke’s Pizza (‪3130 N Harlem Chicago Il 60634‬) with my service dog, who travels with me everywhere due to a medical condition. After placing my order and paying for it, a gentleman who identified himself as the owner told me I had to take "the dog" outside. It should be noted that my service dog is clearly and properly marked as a such with an orange reflective vest that says "SERVICE DOG'" in bold letters and his calm focused demeanor reflects such, as he is a highly trained and certified medical response dog. I explained that he is a service dog and is allowed everywhere I am, including restaurants. He told me he didn't care, then asked what service he provided and demanded proof that he was a service dog. I calmly explained that federal law prohibits him from inquiring and that I was not going to provide him with my medical information. He then told me I had to leave. I told him I paid for my food and that we were going to remain there and eat it. He began yelling at me and the autistic 14 year old boy (my girlfriend’s son) I had with me, demanding we leave. Trying not to aggravate the situation, I suggested he research the law as it pertains to this in that as a restaurant owner he is required by the ADA to know. He said he didn't want to research it and didn't care. As he continued to demand we leave, I again told him we were not leaving and suggested he should call the police if he had a problem. He did so, and based on what I could hear of the conversation was told exactly what I had previously stated. He demanded that officers respond regardless, then told me that I was wasting taxpayer money because it was my fault he had to summon the police. As we ate our food he approached our table and told me he made a mistake even giving me my food. We finished eating and I remained waiting for the police to respond. When officers arrived they were very professional and explained to the owner what the law was and told him he could not ask me to leave based on having a service dog. He then became even more agitated and belligerent with the officers as he obviously didn't want to accept what they had told him. They attempted to explain this to him repeatedly. He said he wanted me to charge me then with trespassing because of my "attitude." They again told him I was doing nothing to warrant this. He then made a slur in reference to the autistic boy. He also said that people could have dog allergies so I should not be able to have him there. With the officer’s permission, we left the establishment at this point. This entire incident was witnessed by about 10 other patrons and several employees. I attempted to record this on my phone as it spiraled out of control but was only able to get bits as I have only one functioning hand. I would like to make it clear that in the 3+ years I have had with my service dog I have never been treated like this at any dining establishment nor anywhere else, and we dine out quite a bit. I have never had the police summoned and never been so humiliated. I have filed formal complaints with the U.S. Department of Justice, Illinois Attorney General’s Office, Cook County State’s Attorney’s office, and the Chicago Department of Business and...

I normally don't go out of my way for this sort of stuff. But in this case i decided it needed to be done. As a fellow cook it was so disappointing to find out no love was put into the food. If it wasn't for the fryer or pizza idk how the hell it would stay open. I used to love this place. Since i was a kid been coming to it. Yesterday was the last time for sure. Spent 30 bycks roughly for a cold slice. Chopped salad was actually good. Pizza puff meh... had better didn't recognize the brand "El Greg" fries absolutely cold i live 8 blocks away should at least be warm. But the real prize was the lack of fks that was given when my Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich was made. Absolutely no flavor at all... not even salt/pepper just a piece of boiled chicken that was eventually slapped on grill for some char...and thats was it. Y'all are disgraceful the cook is such a bum for that. The past 5 times i have gone trying yet again to give it a chance. Bcs the 3rd time i got a decent burger like i used to have as a kid. But i just wanted something different since i always left disappointingly still hungry. So Chicken seemed safe🤣🤣. How wrong i was i know Y'all dont care to read this and who ever sees it owner or cook... you really dropped the ball. Just absolute garbage. You will be nothing but a memory to how you used to be....

Usually a good place to visit , unfortunately they have a few bad employees that give them a bad name , I like coming to Luke's because the food there is good ist of the time , I usually by the steak sandwich & they give a fair portion of meat unfortunately as of late the quality of service & food has been well below their usual standard , I got a steak sandwich tonight & they put on my sandwich the smallest piece of steak that had almost as much fat as it had meat very disappointing. I would usually call about my order if something was wrong with my order but , I didn't tonight because I feel for the owner there who's usually nice & accommodating ! He's not the problem he's a really nice guy with a few bad weeds , also almost every time I go thru the drive thru , I feel rushed to give my order as if the 1 girl there has no patience as she's in a hurry with no one else on line behind me , she's very rude & her tone of voice is not very inviting ! Its really sad because I really liked this place , I'm a regular customer there but , I don't believe I'll be going back again until something changes ! If the owner is reading this feel free to contact me me my contact info is in your system! Good luck hope you don't lose more customers moving forward! There's definitely a...
