McDonald's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Cold food, rude employees. The old lady, Ruth , was very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I got the bag, I asked her if there’s napkins she said yes, after finding a table and seating down ready to eat , found out there was no napkins and ketchup . I went back asked her for some napkins she handed me three pieces with a messed up attitude and refused to give me more when I asked. Isn’t that something? After spending $20 on a couple of meals that usually cost $15 at a McDonald’s outside the airport, you a can’t gey couple of extra napkins!! I would fire this rude employees on the spot if I was her boss. Employees like her are the reason a business fails. I know this won’t apply to McDonald’s but it certainly hurts this location’s reputation and...

I ordered a sandwich at the kiosk and must have accidentally pressed no fish rather than no cheese. Of course that no big deal and all I wanted is a piece of fish to go in the bun I already had. The cook seemed extremely angered by this and I could hear them from the front that this was a deep annoyance and unnecessary. To make matters worse when I received the new sandwich it was completely ruined because the same cook drenched the entire container, on top of the bun, it was dripping and basically inedible. I took the fish and put it between the initial bun I received. Just really unnecessary as it was a harmless mistake. Why an employee would punish a customer for something so harmless is hard...

I ordered nuggets and a honey mustard and BBQ sauce for my fries. I noticed that I only received BBQ sauce I let the Employee know and he refused to give me my honey mustard after I pointed out to him that I ordered both BBQ for my fries and the honey mustard for my nuggets and showed him my recipe he still refused me and was rude to me. He then snatched the BBQ sauce cup out of my bag and put the honey mustard in and he still refused to give me both cups like I ordered and was shown on my receipt I will not be eating here for a long time nore will I recommend it to any one passengers included if they ask about this McDonald's location...
