OMG. The server was rude! I haven't had this experience in 20 years traveling in different airports. My son stopped by to ask for bottle caps that he collects. He asks for that in every restaurant and sometimes he gets some, sometime he doesn't but he was never kicked out in such a rude way. So, I came to figure out what has happened and she was accusing me of sending a child to buy beer! Ah? I told her that he only asked for bottle caps. But she was insisting that he was asking for liqueur and if I continue talking to her she would call police. That's totally overboard. If my layover is long enough, I always make a detour to Rush Street and skip the airline lounges. The bartenders at Rush Street are real pros and know how to pour a drink—not like those corporate spots. The chairs fill up quickly, but if you hang around, one usually opens up.
