Not the greatest McDonald’s in the world, but definitely isn’t the baddest. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience that we cannot just forget. I hope these 2 workers got fired and will never work at a fast food restaurant again. On July 23, 2023. We ordered like an average person. The total was at least 21.50. I went to go pay with cash so I paid with two 20 dollar bills because I wanted to get change. Gave the cashier two 20’s, but pretended like I didn’t give him the money. He put the 20’s in his pants! He tried to rip me off!! How do you accept these type of people at any fast food restaurant to work? We argued and argued until he brought his manager. The worker was telling his manager I didn’t give him two 20s, even though I did. Told the manager he put the money in his pants, but didn’t believe me. Manager wasn’t being helpful and said that the camera was broken, I don’t think a camera is broken at the cashier, so unfortunately she wasn’t able to see what he did with the money. Oh man time and time again this McDonald's fails. I went in not even 40 min ago I get home everything seems legit till I see a hamburger instead of a 4pc nuggets for my little guy. Receit clearly states it dude running the show clearly needs to work on both speed and acuracy that but then again I've seen him gain some pounds. So that clearly shows in his work ethic. This place ran pretty swell a couple months ago before some of their workers got promoted I believe morning crew does it the best. I'll probably start trying to go with the one on Milwaukee. Oh and IF your pregnant becareful at times I've gotten undercooked food my pregnant girlfriend and it was a nightmare when we realised she ate something bad.
