Mugs Pizza & Ribs — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I love Mugs! I order delivery from them about once or twice a month. They are still open late several nights a week during the pandemic. (They normally are open until 3:00 am nightly.) They are always friendly on the phone, and food arrives within the hour as promised. The delivery drivers always wear a mask when they come to my door which is of course important at this time.

My favorite pizza to get is the stuffed cheese and spinach. I included a photo. I also love the thin crust green pepper and onion pizza.

I also like to get the veggie sandwich. It's cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on grilled French bread. It's a great vegetarian option. I believe they have an eggplant parmesan sandwich too for my fellow vegetarians. I also love their cheese ravioli. Big yummy ravioli, generously filled, and choice of several sauces. With the pasta, you get a garlic roll and a choice of side salad or coleslaw (I think). The side salad is good. I like the creamy garlic dressing.

For side dishes, I get the steak fries, onion rings, and/or their amazing potatoes au gratin. And the garlic rolls, they are just delicious.

They have a variety of pop/soda options in a few sizes, and several dessert options like tiramisu or cheesecake. Their are a few coupons on the pape menu too. Definitely...

The two ladies that work there are very ignorant. I had placed an order for a pizza. I went there to go pick it up, but it was not ready. So I had told the lady that I have a DoorDash order that I need to go pick up she said that’s completely fine She will call when it’s ready so I did my DoorDash order and she called and said it was ready. I said I was on my way. She said well you have to hurry up because we are about to close. I’ve been told her that I will be there in six minutes and she said OK. soon as I get there, the two ladies were walking out the door and put our pizza on the floor! Saying that they were closing and had to leave. Like who does that to somebody’s food what if bugs crawled in it, And they were talking so ignorantly To their customer. Didn't even order from there but there delivery driver backed into my new 2017 Camaro didn't leave a note, and took off, so not only is mugs pizza for evading the law they also don't want new customers, and their drivers must not be insured. Never order there delievery unless you want a smashed fender worth over $2000 in damage which I'm sure ruined any other pizza the driver was delivering, but I'm sure he delivered anyway being as inconsiderate as he was to not even leave a note with his insurance information no just a hit and run, but luckily have witnesses who have come forward to say they witnessed it.
