I order from here a lot and every time I order for delivery something is always wrong with my pizza. When you go in store your food is alway right but once you order for delivery it's like they just don't care for their customers who order online. They wonder why I do not tip. Just look at the picture I uploaded. Horrible. When I called in to complain the girl who answered the phone had me on hold for 15 minutes and then I finally got to talk to a manager. At this point I was already furious because I just wanted to eat my food and go to sleep. But no he suggested that he remake my pizza and the pizza would make it to me in 20 minutes. I wanted to ask for a refund but the last time I asked for a refund when they gave me uncooked sausage the previous manager acted like he didn't want to refund me. And I had no time to be arguing with anyone so I agreed to them sending me another pizza by the way it was passed midnight already. Spend your HARD EARNED money elsewhere! This is a typical food joint that is more interested in taking your cash then dishing out the best possible food and customer service possible. I've been to this place three times and have been disappointed every time. The food is your run of the mill pizza joint stuff (slices, wings, calzones, fries, etc) and the food itself doesn't really stand out. I got the pizza slice twice and both times it was slightly burnt. They also put the wrong name for my phone number in the system and when I asked for the guy (I don't remember his name, maybe it was Lucy, he was a balding white guy) to change it to the correct name he brushed me off and told me to wait for my order and never changed the name in the system. This place doesn't pay attention to details and every time I've been there it doesn't seem professional and that the staff is only interested in collecting a check instead of doing the best possible job. There a several other pizza joints on this street alone so I would pass this place up and drive a few more blocks to anywhere...
