Where the neighborhood no-goods loiter and harass. The street vendor hanging outside is ringleader of the circus clowns that scheme on the unsuspecting. Don't get caught becoming a victim while simply looking to get a refreshment, since they surround the entrance from all angles as if they were gate keepers for "their 'hood." Ownership must be afraid of gang retaliation to do anything about it so they just let it happen instead of getting rid of them so that they can go rot elsewhere. DO NOT support the street vendor, and go to Binny's for a hassle free experience (any self respecting businessman would recognize the hazards detrimental to their own conduct and the surroundings to keep those elements around). Maybe then the ownership will either clean up their act being open in front of a public recreational park of all ages, or close down and relocate, allowing for a little more safety in the community as the garbage...

They harass every woman who walks by every time (for years and years) and I'm sick of it. We don't feel safe.
